I had a great time here. The service was always firstrate. They assisted me in packing six suitcases into my room and provided us with umbrellas when it rained. Every request was fulfilled promptly. Clean rooms and all necessary amenities are included. Overall very satisfied with the service. It is the best out there because its close to the blue mosque and haia sofiat.

The location and service are excellent. If we had three people and two beds, the rooms could have been larger, but it was quite crowded. This is just a part of staying in the old city of sultanahmet, however, overall, it proved to be incredibly enjoyable, and the breakfast provided was exceptional, with u. E. Breakfast being served as if it were standard european breakfast. We encountered an incident where there was too much luggage and people in our elevator, leading us to get stuck, yet the staff quickly cleared them out. Additionally, they will transport your bags to and from the main road. I would strongly recommend visiting because there are also some fantastic stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, all of istanbuls major attractions are conveniently close by, including the grand bazaar and famous mosques. Overall, id rate it 9.5 out of 10.

This was my second time staying here and i would definitely return. A really nice and clean hotel in the perfect location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious. Also a big thank you to okan at the reception who was genuinely genteel. Always helpful with swagger on his face.

The location is great and the staff are friendly but overall this hotel has little else to offer. The rooms are fine, decent size and clean but otherwise quite average. Restaurant food is not very good and hotel facilities are pitiful. I dont know how this hotels 5 star rating was given, in all my travels places of this quality are usually 4 stars at best. If you just plan to stay in Istanbul for a very short time and want to quickly get out and see all the main tourist attractions in the fatih area, i would recommend it. There are far better options in other parts of the city if you plan an extended stay.

The bathroom is old, the furniture is outdated, and the bed is hard. The reception staff are very helpful, they serve a great breakfast. Top location, close to many restaurants. Very quiet on saturdays, on pedestrian streets.

The location is very convenient and you can walk to many major scenic spots. The facilities are a bit old, more like old domestic hotels. Overall the service of the hotel is fine, but the facilities themselves are quite old. Another point is that you must bring your own combs and toiletries, which are not provided by the accommodation.

The location is excellent, close to lmwzfwn, syrtm, and the sirkeci metro station. The hotel has many restaurants and markets nearby, all within walking distance for 20 minutes in the lovely turkish atmosphere. There is poor soundproofing between the rooms, which is something i didnt like about it. Fndq jmyl wngdm ay mrb, an olympic park, Sultanahmet tram, etc.

Excellent location near the citys main attractions. The furniture, however, is somewhat dated and used, but the room is large by the standards of the town. For a 5star hotel, the breakfast is decent but limited in variety.

I heartily suggest this hotel to friends and family. Excellent hotel with a fantastic location and excellent personnel. Special thanks to atalay, mirac, and abdullah. The hotel is close to the blue mosque, the Hagia Sofia, topkapi palace, etc. Rooms are cozy and spotless.

I had a great time here. The main courtyard for tourist attractions and the Hagia Sophia are both conveniently located nearby. Very professional and polite personnel. Superbly clean rooms, meticulously and promptly cleaned. Excellent value for the price.
