There is a balcony beside the next building. At this location, I can see the historic tram, tunnel train, and 3 train stations. The location is close to three train stations. The room was spacious and clean. The room doesn't accept an amen card. The suite is similar to the attic type room. It has 2 devices. A couch with a king bed, a writing table, a refrigerator, and a safe. There is also a shower and a balcony.

It's bad. The front desk staff were very nice. In fact we don't spend a lot of money on Italian prices, but it's normal for Turkish prices. So we expected more care when cleaning the room, and because we found hair that didn't belong to us, pillows and towels, it's not clean.

The room was very modern and had a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was nice and the lounge was huge, perfect for our needs. Sadly, the view from the balcony was directly at the building next door, but this is the case with most Istanbul. We were there during the week and it was very quiet, with just occasional loud music coming from the top floor of the building next door. Will visit again.

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago, and we were delighted to have found the Gumusyan Hotel. The location is perfect, just on a side street amongst lots of action. Bars, restaurants, and the galaxy tower are all close by. We went there Saturday and Sunday, and there was unquestionably a lot of loud music on Sunday nights. Bring earplugs if you think this might bother you. I remember not much noise the other two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the top floor room was very spacious and I would definitely return.

This little hotel is in a central location. The rooms are well appointed and well equipped. The shower was always hot and there was great power in it. The bar next door plays very loud music until early hours, so if you want to enjoy peace and quiet, please keep this in mind.

Odalarında önceden sigara içilmiş olduğu için benim için kokan bir oda deneyimi oldu. Perde yetersizliği mahremiyet açısından sorun oluşturuyor. Otele barın içinden asansörle girmek garipti. Bu fiyata kahvaltıyı dahil edebilirlerdi. Son dakika yaptığım rezervasyon için yine de çok kötü sayılmazdı. Sokakta kalmaktan iyidir en azından. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendiyi sadece giriş yaparken gördüm. Kendisine teşekkür ederim.

Hotel room itself was fine, bedding clean and bed comfortable. Shower was amazing, very powerful. Downside was the noise from the bar downstairs and the karaoke next door. Hadn't seen any mention of this when booking. Music loud through into early hours 0230am. However, if you sleep through anything or are likely to be out drinking until late. Its worth a stay as its right amongst the bars. Or perhaps, take earplugs. Worth it for the shower.

There is pub and many noisy bars around, you can not have a rest before 3-4am, The smoke from the cigarette easily reach your room from the pub and you are literally in “Smoking room” do NOT book this hotel unless you are in a really emergency.
