Ooof where do I begin?! We absolutely loved it here. From the moment we checked in with Michal, to becoming friendly with nearly every employee there. They knew my teenage daughters by name and were so much fun. My youngest daughter loved Joan!! And so did we. The shuttle service to the beach was awesome and the pizzas were delish. The pool was so pretty and we loved hanging around there at night. Deja at the front desk so how burnt I was, and found aloe leaves for me! The kindest people, the most beautiful beaches and the hotel was clean and perfect for instagram-loving teens!!! Thank you indigo!!!! We will be back!

Great location, beach access with beach beds available. There's a café on sit, restaurant and a gift shop for last minute items if needed. The staff was amazing especially Michal B. I was able to text the hotel whenever I needed a taxi to and from. They answered promptly to my request. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice and the resort was quiet which was appreciated. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk but they have a golf cart to take you there and back.

We stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives: 1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind; 2. The pizzas were really good!!! 3. One of the highlights is that they have daily happy hours in the bar; 4. They have water refill stations, coffee and tea in the room are nice; 5. They have sunscreen by the pool; 6. Plenty of parking and the location is good. Here are some improvement suggestions: 1. We need more than 1 towel per person; 2. The bathroom needs hooks to hang the towels and clothes; 3. Provide aftersun in the bathroom; 4. My kid was excited about the movie night, but that was cancelled; 5. The music was too loud at night, it was at almost 11pm and the music was still on; 6. There was a sitting area next to the pool, but for the days that we were there, not a single person set foot in that area. It would be nice if that area were turned into a hot tub or a shaded sitting area. 7. The room was a little humid (bedding was kinda moist), even with the AC on. Adding a dehumidifier to the room is needed. 8. The hotel is a short 5 mins walk to the beach (they have staff drop off and pick up), However, the chairs at the beach were really sad, there are no kayaks or paddle boats available like the other hotels, you need to bring your own drinks and everything to the beach, which to us is a bit unusual.

My husband & I stayed at this property for the 1st time for 8 days. The staff was amazing, pleasant, helpful. We have zero complaints. The food & drinks were delicious. We had a balcony pool view room on the 3rd floor. We used the gym 3 or 4 times. The beach is walking distance, but between the heat & my husband recovering from an ankle sprain, we opted for the golf cart shuttle. The beach was never packed, which was wonderful. There are designated beach lounges & umbrellas for the hotel & you can order food/drinks, which they will bring to you on the beach. The location of the hotel is close to everything (Thursday night fish fry, the small town with restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores), Da Conch Shack, Deez Nuts, the pick up location to be ferried to Noah's Ark, & more). We had a wonderful time. Once the hotel becomes more busy, they may need more than one person checking guests in & out. Shout out to Mama JuJu for the warm welcome before we even checked in & shout out to Prophet, who remembered our breakfast order every morning. He knew what we liked. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was clean, there’s no elevator, you will have to carry your luggage, stuff was not very friendly ( not rude) just whatever, there was only 2 that were nice.

Hotel Indigo is a beautiful boutique feel property, beach is gorgeous and only 5 mins walking distance. Rooms were nicely designed, super clean and comfortable. Staff was always helpful, including Deja and Ashley. We had a great vacation!

Hotel Indigo was wonderful, just a few minute walk.to the beach and phenomenal restaurants. The staff was great there we enjoyed talking to them. The only thing there is no exhaust in the bathroom so the room gets alot of moisture if you take a hot shower.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! It was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was amazing, the pizza and avocado tacos were the best!! Make sure to go to the bar and order a drink from Alphonce!!! He makes the best drinks!! It’s a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and they have complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas!! We can’t wait for our next stay here!!
