The rooms were perfect. The bathrooms are a little narrow, but there is enough space. Since it is out of town, the location was calm and quiet. The reception staff was too kind and polite, and the hospitality is too excellent. The internet was terrible, and room service was adequate, with a lack of care to change bathroom soaps and floor mats. I had to go to the lobby to use the internet. Only the rooms close to the reception were able to use the strong internet. The cuisine is delicious but lacking flavor.

This is a perfect location for training, quiet, out of town, and with excellent, clean and fantastic accommodation facilities. Fresh and delicious delicacies. The reception is just out of this world with friendly and jovial staff. Simply put, it's hospitality at its best. Keep up the good work.

For our anniversary, my wife and I traveled to Fort Portal. We settled at Kariya Courts, where we had an excellent experience with their services. Staff members who always wore masks gave us a friendly welcome at the reception. Although the very few channels were a minor issue, the rooms were tidy and roomy. We had a great time cleaning our room and doing our laundry during our visit. Although the chef's menu isn't up to par with our needs, the food was excellent. For those looking for a quiet hubbub away from the city, we heartily suggest this location.

I have stayed at Kaya Courts several times both for business reasons. The first time was only for one night, and we had to depart very early the next morning. The kitchen staff agreed when we informed them that we had to have breakfast ready by early this morning. When we arrived the next morning at the kitchen, which is approximately 700 meters from the rooms, there was nobody there. We did not eat breakfast. Our second stay was for a week, and we discovered that the kitchen is not their main asset. The cuisine is bland and uninteresting, with limited options. But the rooms are nice and the wifi is excellent, which was the main reason we stayed all those days and didn't move to another hotel.
