Surprisingly nice place in Katwe area. Food was good, service was great, nice amenities. Excellent staff--top notch.

I spent one night in the Impala for sightseeing. The Kenendia was a fantasy resort, and I had great sleep there. It was tidy, but a little worn out. There was no elevator. The temperature remained at a comfortable temperature because my room had no air conditioning. Bed linen was a mosquito net. In my room rate, breakfast was included. There were three breakfast options. Although it took a whopping 35 minutes to make it fresh, it was prepared fresh. Even though I was about to leave, my room was cleaned while I was having breakfast. I had reserved through a major booking site. They seemed to have no information about my reservation when I checked in, but it seemed like business as usual for them. They requested a hard copy of my reservation email, and after understanding from there what kind of reservation I have, I was led to my room. The location was a little outside of the city center. The walkways were filthy, chaotic traffic, and frequently blocked by parked cars, among other hazards. The hotel had its own restaurant, but there were no nearby eateries.

I spent 26 days at the Kenendia hotel in Kate, the Impala district with my wife and myself. We were only planning to stay for two days. After a two-day stay there, we decided there was no need to search for another location. The hotel is not many years old, has nice cleanliness, and wifi. Service is excellent. Henry manager and his team attended to all of our needs. Oh, and the food was also delicious. Thanks, Kenendia Hotel.

Very clean! Hotel smells fresh and clean. Room was also spotless and fresh. We were very satisfied with our hotel choice and look forward to a nice night. Definitely a recommendation if you are in the area.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to travel on a budget. This hotel is nice, it serves good food and has a friendly staff. It's quiet and suitable for long or short stays. I appreciate that. Keep up your good work.
