I made the reservation without knowing what to anticipate, but it was perfect. I was traveling alone, but my apartment had two bedrooms, a tiny kitchen, and a dining area, perfect for the butter and orange juice I bought from a grocery store about two blocks away. Both the main bedroom and the kitchen had balconies, and while the view wasn't spectacular, it was nice to sit outdoors in the rain. Breakfast is served in your room, and it is delicious. As there is a lot of food, I saved the crepes and had them for supper. Simply talk to the wonderful staff at reception, and they will gladly accommodate you if what they list on the menu doesn't work for you. The location is about a twominute walk from the Metro Station Arsenal, and a park is a minute in the opposite direction. I really enjoyed walking around the park in the evenings, where there is a waiter and a holodomor memorial. Continue to walk in that direction and youll see lava in about five minutes, and another five minutes will bring you to the riding mat. It was really helpful that the hotel arranged for me to pick up and drive me back to the airport. The only possible drawback is the stairs. If stairs are difficult, this is not the hotel for you.

I stayed at the aparthotel for three days. It was a well-renovated, former private house. The reception is located in the basement. The breakfast's type and delivery time are arranged. My room number 8 has a living room, living room, and entrance hallway. It's prudent to allow warm water, like a shower, a few minutes in advance since it will take a while. Then it's really hot. I can be quite comfortable here. Daily cleaning is performed on the dishes and the rooms. It's quite quiet and close to the city center and the tube. I appreciate the welcoming and attentive personnel. Next time I visit Kiev, I'll return.

I first stayed at the hotel for one week in early spring 2019. The apartments are spacious with good furnishings and amenities. They feel like a home away from home rather than cold and sterile. I even had a fully decorated christmas tree in mine. Very clean and wellkept with comfortable beds and sofas. One drawback is that the tes are old and small but because they were not there to watch it wasnt a concern. Yet the quality of service really distinguishes this hotel from others. Everyone, from the driver who was waiting at the airport to check, maintenance guy, and cleaning, was grind and happy and gave the impression that they were pleased you asked for them to help. I probably wasnt the easiest client as I ordered the items to be in the room when I arrived, changed rooms as there to one with a configuration that was preferred, had them install a did player and ordered extra towels. Everyone was completed immediately and always giggling. I would like to thank all of the employees for making this a good stay such a pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel itself is quiet because it is hidden in a small street away from the roads. However, this aparthotel pleasantly delighted us. When we arrived at the top floor, we had a room for two people, but we were initially dissatisfied because there was no lift. The hotel quickly assisted us in lifting our bags upstairs. From checking to leaving our bags there long after we checked out, the personnel were excellent at English. Everything we required was in the room, including a clean bed and bathroom. It was a powerful, working air conditioning unit, a strong bed, and a clean bathroom. We had ample space to put our belongings inside the room, which was surprisingly relaxing. Within 300 meters of this hotel, there are many excellent eateries, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Its very quiet position because the hotel entrance is on a small alley, away from cars. Even after midnight, we always felt safe in the area. The absence of a lift is the sole drawback overall, but otherwise, it is well worth the price because of its excellent location, strong wifi signal in all areas, and welcoming staff. Truly a luxury hotel with several stars.
