I was quite happy with my stay at this hotel. This hotel offers excellent services and is very good. They valued your input on room services, breakfast satisfaction, etc.. Ive tried the gym, which is wellequipped and has a lot of equipment.

On our way to a cruise vacation, we spent one night at the al Khoory atrium hotel. Unfortunately, when we arrived in Dubai, our luggage was lost at that airport, so we had to leave our lodging address to have our bags delivered the following day. Even though we were only staying for one evening, it was obvious that we didnt have any other option but to point out the Al Khodory hotel because we would have been sailing for ten days. The receptionists responded with open hearts and generosity after we detailed explained our situation to them. We cant express our gratitude enough, mr. Oscar from the front desk, who repeatedly called to take us to the airport baggage service in an effort to arrange for quick delivery. To keep us informed of the progress, the staff was constantly in touch with us. After it had been delivered to your hotel, they kept our suitcase for almost he stayed there for nearly ew weeks and at no additional cost. It was simple to travel to all of Dubais major areas because the hotel is close to both the mall of arab era and the metro. Breakfast was sufficient and provided everything you needed for the day

A luxurious retreat at the al Khoory atrium hotel in al barsha, Dubai. Every aspect of our stay was a testament to excellence, from the moment we stepped into the lobby to the final view of the skyline from our room. From the start of your stay, you were treated like valued guests by the staff at reception desk who are especially nice. The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for their impeccable cleanliness throughout our visit. Our room was not only attractive but also immaculately clean, demonstrating the meticulous attention to detail by cleaning staff. At al khoori atrial hotel, there was excellent room service. All the employees were prompt, polite, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Breakfast was an absolute delight. There was something for everyone to enjoy, including local delicacies and international favorites. Each morning, the freshness of ingredients and attentive staff made for utmost pleasure. Al khoori atris spa and pool facilities were genuinely indulgent. With its stylish design, it provided the ideal setting to unwind and take in the Dubai sunshine. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the cleaning is outstanding, especially with mr. Ommer and zaid. And supervosior ishfaq, who are also kind and helpful. Food is also amazing. I had a great time staying here. It meets all the necessities and general requirements. I want to express my gratitude in particular for their excellent treatment in general, khurram asif security supervisor Akshay front office supervisor employees at the al Khoory hotel in al barsha. They have good manners. When my brother was injured in his hand, they rushed to help us and called an ambulance for us. Im hoping the hotel will respect them. Finding people like them is challenging because they are such wonderful individuals.

I arrived at the hotel around 9 am and was told my room wouldnt be ready until around 1.30 pm. However, i thought if he would be able to have breakfast in the motel when ive arrived because his threenight stay included breakfast already, but amor, the reservation guy, informed me that breakfast wasnt available that day. It would have been a nice gesture and better customer service for the hotels to ask us to eat breakfast while we wait for our room. Ive stayed in many hotels, and almost all of them offer this kind of service when you arrive ten hours early due to flight schedule to make the customer happy. From the first day, approach of the guest is not intended to provide satisfactory service, just basic services that have already been reserved. The location of their hotel is in sanitized condition, however, walking distance to the subway station and the Emirates mall, where ill have to enjoy breakfast on the day eve, is more than 10 minutes. Although despite my decision to stay in this hotel for opulent three single beds, it was not very clean and there was dust everywhere on top of everything. There was no mini fridge in place, nor was the air conditioning blowing with dust. Also, its tiny roof pool. Overall, im not going to return here, so

This place is truly exceptional! The rooms are impeccably clean and wellmaintained, offering excellent customer service. Guests can enjoy two restaurants and Starbucks coffee facilities that are integrated into the room. The mall of the Emirates and the Dubai metro are conveniently within walking distance. All staff members are exceptionally helpful, providing exceptional assistance throughout their stay. Overall, the hotel offers affordable and reasonable room rates.

I recommend staying there, and i think ill stay there again on my next trip to dubai. I stayed there for 5 nights and the room was very neat and clean. The view was nice, access to everywhere was easy and there were many restaurants around. Emirates mall 5 to 10 minutes walk. Parking in the basement is a huge advantage in dubia. Service was excellent unless the refrigerator wasnt cooling properly and we informed them but nothing changed. Breakfast included was average but tasty.
