Very professional and clean hotel. Beautiful lobby that has recently been renovated. The staff was courteous. The rooms were spacious but looked dated. The bathroom with a bathtub was great, but they didnt make a bubble bath for us like they do for other guests, which seemed a bit discriminatory. Breakfast was great and varied. There are plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options on board.

The rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are excellent. The anantara downtown Dubai is a great hotel. The location is great, as are the rooms, meals and services. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. Their service was beyond the lobby, concierge, restaurants, room service and housekeeping - they exceeded expectations. The variety and service offered at breakfast was great, as was the housekeeping staff.

We will definitely return! Extremely cool and cozy location. Excellent service, large and spacious rooms. Dubai mall, cool cafes, and bars are all within walking distance. The breakfasts are delicious and varied.

The atmosphere was serene and perfect for a family gathering. The iftar spread was delicious, with a variety of dishes catering to all tastes. The service was topnotch, adding to the overall pleasant experience. We left feeling satisfied and grateful for such a wonderful evening. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Mani was very friendly and helpful in servicing my room. The whole team was great. The facility is beautiful, the food is delicious and the rooms are luxurious.

I and my wife recently had a wonderful iftar at the downtown of anantara. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. We especially appreciated the attentive service provided by aman and alena. They were very friendly and made sure our entire experience was enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful iftar experience.

The service at this hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent all around, attentive, accommodating, polite, and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, and the amenities are top notch. The breakfast room staff is exceptional, and niccola in the pool area is wonderful he is warm, very attentive, and pleasant to talk to. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay at this hotel! Excellent experience. Fantastic meals and very practical travels. The guide was incredibly helpful, and the activities were well planned. It was calm, peaceful, and quiet, and you didnt feel rushed. The bookings were made for us by iris from the travel desk, and everything was beautifully planned.

The staff at anantara are all topnotch. I recently traveled and had a bad cough, and raul administered me in the middle of the night on two nights, bringing me hot honey and lemon to help me sleep. The front door staff, especially jason, are always impeccable, nothing is too much trouble. A great team that means a pleasure to stay. Thank you all again. Mark.

Im not sure if i have much higher hopes for this standard. The room is spacious, but sadly mine doesnt have a great view. Surprised by the number of constructions! The concierge responded quite late, which was not much appreciated. The excellent housekeepers receive the only five stars. Lakshan has incredible abilities. Will be back?.
