Was amazing experience, just to let everyone know when you stay make sure to keep your ear plugg handy because you won't be able to sleep at night coz of loud music everday .. they have sever clubs and bar all over . Special thanks to the room services specially vikas to give us the best experience and guidance. I wish he was a supervisor.

A very good stay and excellently groomed staff, specially Mr. Peter and the staff at reception and the concierge guys and yes the room cleaning staff aswell. All in all more than value for money

Had very difficult time while holidaying in Dubai. The manager & I think front desk officer looked after us. The ambulance was called immediately & got the needed care. Unfortunately, never got the chance to get their names. All this happened on our first day at the hotel, however my wife checked out on the third day.

This hotel is in a good location. The staff are good. The room size is quite large, but the bathroom is not very large. The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly and attentive staff.

We stayed at the Royal Ascot Hotel for 5 nights. The lobby is beautiful and offers an old-time style. The room is very spacious and clean. The food quality can be improved, the front office staff is overwhelming and very helpful, especially swivel and santos who made our stay comfortable and memorable. I recommend this place to everyone.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was beautiful in the lobby and it had a vintage look too. The room was very spacious and clean. Food quality could be improved, reception staff were overworked and very helpful, especially swivel and the santos. We will recommend this place to everyone.

This hotel is very satisfactory in all aspects. They served very good hospitality, as well as using excellent bathroom materials. They also provide free coffee and tea. The rooms were nice and very nicely designed. The bed cushions were comfy and ventilated. And the best part is breakfast.

Royal Ascot is the best, however the Ascot hotel rooms need to be refurbished for charging outlets, and the housekeeping staff are a bit lazy, every morning I have to call them and wait for 15 to 30 minutes to get the mini and breakfast each day. Everything in the hotel is the same menu. Each day the mini and breakfast menu is average. The first day they just put my luggage to lift after I had to carry it to my room on my own. Overall a positive experience but not fantastic. They have to be a touch more professional.
