Great Accommodation. Not quite as uber modern as it appears online but immaculately clean and well equipped and very spacious. Washer & dryer in apartment, which just makes life so easy. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Lots of cool little extras like a welcome pack and coupons for nearly restaurants. I will definitely stay there again.

Заселение прошло отлично. Документы были готовы. Осталось только подписать. Соседей не слышал. Чистота в комнатах, санузлах и кухне. Стильный интерьер. Все работает. Шторы блэк аут. Климат контроль в номере. Завтраки голодным не останешься. Но и без изысков. Персонал приветливый и исполнительный. Выезд был моментальный. Никаких проверок номера и задержек не было. Такси уже ждало меня. Я так понял, они там постоянно дежурят.

Very good stay. Staff all efficient, friendly yet professional. Booked a Comfort Twin, got a sitting/dining room - good kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave, crockery, cutlery and pans - bedroom - bathroom - second separate toilet! They didn't say if it was an upgrade but it certainly seemed so. Nicely furnished, ample toiletries. Room cleaned alternate days. Nice rooftop pool, with great views, furnished with pool beds, chairs and tables. They have a breakfast room but as it was Ramadan, was not in use during our stay. Worth its 4 star but does not have an evening restaurant but plenty nearbye. Just across the road from the beach, quite a few neighbourhood shops. Next to Jumeirah Mosque, where there are regular loudspeaker callings for prayers, but you get used to that - after all you are in a Muslim country and have to respect that. The Hopon-Hopoff bus is a good way to see Dubai and stops just a 4-5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel also has a shuttle bus 3 times a week to the ginormous Dubai Mall. Would stay there again.

Unser Appartment war sehr schön und groß aber leider mit Aussicht auf eine Wand; außerdem war es sehr laut durch Leute die Sachen transportiert haben und durch die Moschee. Wenn die Zimmer etwas schallisolierter wären, würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Wegen der Lautstärke sind wir auch dann nach 1 Nacht in ein anderes Hotel gezogen. Außerdem wurde versucht uns bei der Abreise 60 Dirham für ein ziemlich mickriges Frühstück zu berechnen, obwohl bei der Expedia-Buchung stand, dass es inbegriffen sei. Selbst nachdem sich der Herr an der Rezeption selbst über die Expedia Seite überzeugt hatte, dass bei allen Optionen "Frühstück inbegriffen" stand, bat er uns dann 40 Dirham als Preis an. Unsere Ablehnung dessen hat er letztendlich akzeptiert aber das insgesamt unangenehm.

Hotellet var jättebra, kan rekommenderas. vi bodde i "presiden sviten", en lägenhet med 3 rum och kök. Nytt, fräsht och rent. Tror hela hotellet byggts eller renoverats upp sista året. Pool på taket som var barnvänlig och lagon stor. Det vi dock inte visste om var att stranden som var i närheten var stängd pga byggnation och ska förbli så nåt år till. Så vi åkte taxi eller hotellets buss till nästa strand som låg ca 20 min därifrån. Detta drog ner helhetsbetyget. Inte heller så bra närområde när det gällde restauranger osv, vi åkte oftast taxi iväg till de gatorna eller mallen som hade större utbud. Kändes som hotellet låg i utkanten av Dubai. Låg vägg i vägg med den stora vackra mosken med, inge roligt när de har böneutrop kl 05 på morgonen. Men vi är över lag väldigt nöjda med resan ändå.

Overall the apartments were nice looking. It's like any apartment I've lived in. There is no view at all but, you get the privacy. Windows shades out with sunshine. 4.2/5 The gym equipment could use some more equipment and upgrade. Add some free weights and pullups / lat machine and leg press and you get a full workout. 3/5 The pool view is great at night. The mosque at night looks architecturally and adds to the scenery. 4.0/5 Will definitely come here again when jumeriah beach finally opens hopefully 2018. But as of now it is closed 1/5

+ The hotel is in a very good location next to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. +Kitchen with basic ustensils to make food. -The cleaning was not good (the room smelled bad especially the toilets were smelling pis). -The bed linings were not changed not even once for a 2 weeks stay. -For 4 persons we were given just 2 shower towels. -The room’s windows did not isolate the noise so it could be very bad for those who have sensible sleepn (my room was towards the main avenue) This info is intented to give an idea about what you are paying for (as the hotel price per night was not cheap a 130€ per night). I personally would book in this hotel again because what interests me mostly is the location and i used the hotel room just for sleeping as i spent all my day outside and came back late at night everyday

Grosse Zimmer, jedoch entweder mit Fenster zu einer lärmigen Hauptstrasse und nach Zimmerwechsel gab es ein Zimmer mit überhaupt kein Fenster bzw. in das Atrium. Bescheidenes ungeniessbares Frühstück in einem hässlichem Raum mit Neonlicht. Mit Fr. 200 pro Nacht völlig überteuert für das was es ist.

The hotel was closed for renovation and nobody informed us, was horrible arriving at midnight with a 5 months old child and finding out that your hotel is closed down. Terrible experience from hotel and Expedia!!!

It was nothing Even close, to advertaised by the hotel in Hotel.com site! Aga first, even the hotel advertaised its self like turist friendly, was everything okay only the local people, who was taking appartments for Ramadan fasting. Local was given big discount in Ramadan time. When we arrive to the hotel, then ee was told no breakfest at all beacause of Ramadan! But hotel price for two weeks what we paid, was with breakfest! Rooftop pool and pool aeda for sunbathing was closed next day when we arrive for two weeks! When we book and paid for our stay, there was no warnings about this! Next day we enyway go see to the rooftop, but then approach as some hotel worker, and tell as, some local people, who was fasting complain, about we drink water in rooftop area! So, no sunbathing in hotel. The nearest beach is Kite beach, which is arrange transport from hotell 3 days in weeks. Kite beach is open beach, but of course for the sunbathing umbrella et cetera you need to pay. Price is also not cheap, in euros 28 per day. Because rooftop in hotel was close and Kite beach rented ulberllas and et cetera was very uncomfortabel, then we go on privaatne beach, and we paid per day in euros 55. Our appartment was 88m² and we ask for bed for third person, and hotel give as bed and mattress wich was bring like from some prison.
