The staff and service was excellent. From check in to check out the staff members were extremely helpful and courteous (Sheheryar, George, Saleh and Naveen! The location is very convenient with lots of dining options in the area and the Abu Dhabi mall connected to the hotel internally! However, the beach area is a flop. The hotel shouldnt be calling itself a beach hotel because its really a very small shore area that is surrounded by concrete structures and buildings (clear and depressing views of the Cleveland clinic)!

Absolutely amazing and such good value for money! All staff were very helpful and friendly, from check in to checking out. The room was very spacious and clean. The situation of the suites was amazing too, within the Abu Dhabi Mall/ main Rotana Hotel complex. Due to Covid-19 access from the suites to the main hotel was closed, but it was fantastic to be able to make use of the golf buggy between the 2 sites. To have use of the beach / pool at the hotel was amazing too. Staff at Prego's Italian restaurant in the main hotel, where I dined each night were lovely. I would like to thank Ms Khin(m?) in Room Service for her kindness. I had breakfast by Room Service each morning of my stay, and on the first day asked would I like to choose the same time each day. Even when I changed the order for the second morning she remembered my order from previous day, and also the timing. The waiting staff were super too, as was Ms Camille on Front Desk, and the Concierge who assisted with instructing me where to park my car...most helpful. Thank you to all for a very memorable stay. I hope to stay again very soon!

Accidentally arrived to the Beach Rotana Residences, rather than All Suites which is where my booking was for. The two are part of a three property complex with the third being the Beach Rotana Hotel. Residences offered to switch the booking over at no extra cost, which I agreed to despite room sizes being a bit smaller. It was a good choice: the Residences room came with a small kitchen, a balcony, and was brand new / luxurious. Service was excellent and early check in and late check out both provided on a 1 night stay, which was excellent. The pool / beach area, which is shared between the three properties, was incredibly busy with some guests (me included) resorting to lying on the grassy areas as all the sunbeds were used. This is likely to be a seasonal issue, as between Christmas and New Year, occupancy rates are high but (I would imagine) there are barely any business travellers leaving the hotel during the day, so be aware of that if staying then.
