Older hotel that looks old, like it could be historic because the lobby is old. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and quiet.

This is my favorite hidden gem in chicago. Apart from staying on a unique museumesk property with comfortable beds and modern, beautiful rooms, dogs under 75 pounds are allowed for ps1 per kilogram. The front desk staff will give you hugs and their complete attention. I was greeted by amari and edward from my previous visit. We continued the conversation from our previous stay after i was shocked. Both are courteous, professional, and very friendly to visitors, whether they are checking in or asking questions about the city. Breakfast, small bites, drinks are available in an executive lounge at the blackstone for bonvoy elite members. When breakfast or small snacks are not served early, the lounge is cosy and ideal for working or hanging out. Caroline, who is the evening attendant, immediately welcomes everyone as soon as they enter. She will make errands and check in to see if anything is required. Excellent and goes above and beyond for hotel guests. Michigan avenue is further south of the Blackstone hotel, which is advantageous because it has less congestion. You can easily walk to major attractions depending on what your plans are. In Chicago, ive stayed at varying hotels. However, this is one of my top picks.

The staff is quite laid back, it almost feels like entering a club, if you know what i mean. The room is nice, but the layout is tucked away - the mini fridge is sort of blocked by the desk. Good location. I havent tried the hotel food options. Note that an Uber cant pick up at the hotels, which was unexpected and caused me to lose time trying to locate the Uber pickup location, so it made me stress because ive not found it on application maps.

I stayed here in february but forgot to write a review! The hotel is breathtaking, has such sa rich history and maintains the same antique luxe vibe that older buildings tend to lose. It is in t he ideal location, perfect if its your first time in china and you will definitely be able to go to the most touristy places because they are fairly close by. The room was also beautiful, and the service was excellent!.

The location was ideal, and the hotel had a classy vibe. Ive previously stayed at hotels like the autograph collection, but the service never disappoints! It was convenient that i could check in several hours early. All the attractions ive wanted to see could be reached on foot. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. If ill be in town, if he was in the city, then hvd stay here again.

My boyfriend and i had a great time during our visit. I chose to stay here because of its stunning history. It was conveniently close to many locations on foot. The staff was friendly and accommodating! My only criticism is that the interior decor is overly extravagant and unappealing. In the lobby, the feng shui was quite unpleasant. Personally, ive found the decor to be more tasteful to reflect the buildings historic features.

This place has warm, welcoming people. Chicago was chilly with a temperature of minus 6 degrees and fewer than 20 degrees. For this young man from florida, it was cold. However, i stayed on the 23rd floor and had savoring breakfast, an amazing view, and helpful personnel.

This place is ideal for a weekend getaway because it is peaceful and cozy. A lovely Marriott property that is directly across from grant park. Its as it should be, the hotel was built in history when it first opened in 1910, but the lobby and rooms have hints of modernity.

The front desk staff and concierge made the stay memorable. The rooms are average and nothing special. Although having an antique charm, the hotels decor is lovely. However, both the doormen and the concierges attentive service made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Because they are a little hushy, we could learn from the politeness of their coworkers at the front counter. But there is nothing to complain about. Overall, i had an excellent stay.

I would definitely stay here again if i ever returned to chic. The blackstone is, in my opinion, the most stunning hotel ive ever been to. It is absolutely stunning. Very elegant and classy. In addition, all of the rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. Modern and spotless. There is a large bathroom and incredibly strong shower pressure. Additionally, there is some peace and quiet in the room, and the mattress is cozy. And it was nice that he was able to lower the temperature in his room to 66 degrees celsius. Also, air conditioning is quiet. This hotel is in tastier condition, with helpful and competent staff.

We will be back when the season begins in late may. Excellent 4 night stay over the long christmas weekend. High floor room with a view of the lake. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Housekeeper was excellent.

The hotel is truly remarkable, offering a sense of historic splendor. The architecture of these buildings is exquisitely depicted in the past century. Overall, the hospitality provided is commendable, although the maam in reception is not particularly welcoming. Breakfast is satisfactory and the cakes are delicious. However, there are some areas for improvement that need to be made, such as the room amenities being dated and could benefit from updating. Additionally, it can be challenging to access the facilities due to accessibility issues, making it quite challenging for guests with large luggage.

The rooms are beautiful, the door staff is great and the concierges are also good. The amenities and technology in the rooms have been updated. Hand lotion is a great hand lotion. Nothing gives you the impression of being old, but it has resembling aging.

We wanted to leave our bags when we arrived because it was only 1.30 p. M. They gave us our room! The hotel is chic and historic, has so much charm, and is as fun to explore as it is to stay in. We enjoyed the room - which was unquestionably one of the best mattresses ive ever had in a hotel. I loved the modern comforts of these rooms combined with the classic charm of an old Chicago building. It is also merely ten minutes walk from the l, making it an excellent place to visit downtown!.

We only stayed at the blackstone to go to the restaurant mercat a la planxa, which is next to this hotel. We sat in the lobby for ages until we were able to sit down for the meal. The chairs were comfortable. And the restrooms were immaculate! We decided that when we return to chicago, we will stay here.
