Burj Royale Captivating 2BR with Burj Khalifa View

General:
-Check-in timing is any time after 3 PM.
-Check-out timing is any time before 12 PM.
-Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Penalty might apply for unauthorized late check-out .
-Please don't forget to send your passport/Emirates IDs/GCC IDs prior to check-in as this is a strict requirement of the Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET).

On-The-Day Reservations:
-Please allow us 2-3 hours to prepare the property prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit and Damages:
-A security deposit of AED 1000 may be required upon booking and will be refunded within 3 to 5 days of check-out, provided no damages or excessive cleaning are required. (NOTE: No security deposit for AIRBNB bookings)

-Smoking inside the room strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere will result to forfeiture of the full Security Deposit.
Additionally, there is a charge of AED 500 from your security deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.

-Pets are not allowed.

Noise and Quiet Hours:
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors and
keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.
-No Parties: Parties or events exceeding the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited.

Guest Responsibilities:
-Guests are responsible for keeping the rented property clean and tidy during their stay. Should report any damages or issues to the homeowner promptly.

-Smoking on the balcony in EMAAR Properties is strictly prohibited.
