The room was immaculately maintained. The service was excellent and offered a wide range of amenities for the price we paid. Indian tourists can easily find indian restaurants nearby. Additionally, there are numerous shopping complexes within walking distance that are affordable.

The toilet is small, you can hear the flight sounds which is annoying sometimes need improvement in sound protection. Customer service is good, good for budget people and recommended for families. Overall good stay.

Kami menginap selama 5 malam di City Avenue Hotel dan bersenang-senang. Restoran buka 24 jam sehari dan Anda juga dapat memesan makanan di kamar Anda tanpa biaya tambahan. Saat check-in, pihak hotel meminta deposit sebesar 50 euro per kamar yang dikembalikan pada saat check-out. Toilet dan handuk dikirim setiap hari berdasarkan permintaan, tetapi cukup ketat (yang kotor harus segera dikembalikan dan yang bersih diberikan kepada Anda untuk dihitung"). Hotel ini memiliki halte bus yang membawa Anda ke metro terdekat, 1 menit perjalanan karena jauh dari pusat kota Dubai. Hotel ini bagus, bersih dan rapi, serta pelayanan yang sangat baik. Lokasinya agak jauh dari Dubai Mall dan tempat-tempat bagus, tetapi pengalaman saya menyenangkan dan ramai, sehingga naik angkutan membutuhkan waktu. Saya mencoba sarapannya, dengan biaya 30 Dirham per orang dan tidak ada yang buruk.

Saya menikmati segalanya tentang hotel ini. Cukup maju dalam hal teknologi, saya membayangkan tahun depan akan seperti apa. Ini adalah hotel bintang 3 tetapi memenuhi harapan saya. Lokasinya sangat bagus di jalan utama (Al Muteena). Tidak banyak ya, hanya terkadang kualitas sinyal Wi-Fi bervariasi, tetapi itu tidak terlalu mempengaruhi navigasi.

The hotel is immaculate. The personnel are all excellent, and the equipment is brandnew and practical. The receptionist, mr. Khalid, is incredibly kind and courteous. The housekeeping service was flawless. Every day, they meticulously clean the room and change the bed cover, which made me very happy. My husband and i stayed there for a week, and we had a great time. It gave us a homey feeling. We will most certainly return to the city avenue hotel the next time. I suggest it to everyone. The costs are fair and reasonably priced. The breakfast was also excellent.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the nice view, convenient location, friendly staff, and numerous affordable restaurants nearby. Leonila at the reception was helpful and provided me with a room with a pleasant view, as i requested. The beds were comfortable, and overall, it was an ideal stay!.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, baru. Tempat tidurnya nyaman, WiFi bagus, air panas di kamar mandi tanpa gangguan. TV tidak memiliki saluran berbahasa Rusia, tetapi saluran itu tidak terlalu dibutuhkan. Awalnya mereka tidak menemukan pengering rambut, tapi tidak apa-apa.
