The house is a little old, but everything else is excellent, especially the location and service. It is also the most affordable hotel in the neighborhood and is well worth recommending!.

The hotel is in the center of Dubai marina, in a perfect location. The view from the room was amazing, looked out over Dubai Marina. Everything was great! Thank you for your hospitality and see you again! Great experience! The staff is very friendly, kind and fully customer oriented. Rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. Pool is nice and comfortable.

Our stay here was fantastic. The location is ideal. Our room was upgraded to a 2 br. It was spacious and had savoring views. Situated close to the Shoba Realty metro station and surrounded by numerous restaurants, it offers utmost convenience.

I only stayed here for one week, but this is my second month there! The staff is friendly and helpful, my apartment has a beautiful view of the marina walk, buildings and even the other side of road, cleaning service comes every day and everything is quiet around.

The hotel is very comfortable, the housekeeping was excellent, and every day new bed cleaning and shower supplies were provided. Pretty nice view. They have a free pool and gym, but i didnt have time to visit so ill leave yay. Elsayed was really good at trying to be courteous and polite. He was very helpful throughout the entire stay, from the beginning until the last day! Many thanks to him and the hotel staff. Everything was fantastic! But he had to mention one time when another concierge called an expensive white taxi for us. It is much more expensive than calling an Uber and twice more costly than utilizing hala taxi or something similar. All cars with red, blue, or green roofs are of the same color. And the man informed us that it is the identical. That wasnt very pleasant. However, whose name the guy is, im not sure. Everyone else was extremely courteously and pleasant! Thank you!.

We stayed in a 3bedroom apartment with 4 adults and 3 children. The larger apartments were on the top floors, so it had sweeping views. Prices were reasonable for the size of the apartment we needed. Rooms and living/dining rooms were spacious and offered dazzling views of marina from the balcony. Service staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent for price paid and could be enjoyed al fresco by the marina. However, the downside was that the rooms and furniture were old and in need of renovation. Parts of flooring were damaged, and the shower area in all toilets kept flooding because water kept pooling between the tub and wall, spilling onto the toilet floor. Cleanliness needs to be improved as areas of this apartment are covered in dust and dirt.

Hotel yang bersih dan nyaman dengan pelayanan yang bagus. Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini untuk dijadikan kondominium di marina Dubai.

A unique experience with a very beautiful view. Apartment No. 2102, aldro 21, on the marina.

The space was huge. The layout is also very nice, and balconies wrap around the building giving us a great view of dubai. We cant see the beach though from our room, but canals are visible. I also like how easy it is to access the parking. A very big plus for us was also the kitchens readiness. Utsensils, pots, pans everything you need to prepare and enjoy eat and cook from your hotel. Location was idly far from the city center, however because we are in dubia, there is always something you can do around your accommodation. Its also sadly sad that even though the hotel is almost perfect, we still talked about the things we really dont like. Reception needs to be trained if they can properly respond to guest questions and dont consider guests concerns or unless they do, it doesnt show up. They roll their eyes when we try to ask anything and do not even, as simple as it should be, wish their guests to even have stayed. Only the manager wishes us good luck and told his staff how to greet and wish guests, which gave us the impression that they might be new. Cheers to the boss, who we didnt get the name because he was upset and just wanted to leave the reception. Otherwise, our stay was very good and this would have received hr higher score despite not just for the rudeness of

Without a doubt, the location and service were excellent. The corner unit we reserved had lovely views of the city and the marina. It wasnt particularly luxurious in terms of furnishings, but it was decent and clean. I thought it wasn't geared toward business travelers (there arent many convenient power outlets and no work desk). Breakfast was excellent! The best part is the topnotch staff. They truly make you feel special. Additionally, i appreciate how easy it is to get there by taxi, metro, or tram in the dubai. There are tens of fantastic ethnic restaurants nearby, many of which are open late. This place is surrounded by dozens of great restaurants, most of them are closed late at night. Nighttime views from the port are simply out of this world.

The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly. They go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. I appreciate the managements upgrade of my room. Mr. Omar deserves special recognition for his professional work and hospitality. This location comes highly recommended by me. Once again, thank you.

I would suggest it to anyone. We stayed in a 2 br apartment, the location is great and because our apartment was on one of the top floors, it had incredibly nice views. After booking the apartments, some of my reviews were teasing. A couple of emails that received prompt responses seemed to add to my discomfort, but my experience was completely the opposite. The staff was fantastic they helped us with an early checkin (10 am vs the usual 3 pm time) and even gave us prepaid upgrades for the rooms. They were very attentive to our needs, whether it was the front desk, restaurant staff, or even the concierge. I had nothing but good interaction with everyone at the hotel.

4.4/511 May 2024

The apartment is spacious, slightly antiquated but clean, has good service, and is conveniently located along the marina. It is a 5 to 10minute walk to the train into town and across the street from idr. Would stay again. On checkin, delicious dates and local coffee are provided. When we arrived in Dubai early in the morning, they graciously stored our luggage and let us check in early at 12 p. M. The facilities are excellent, the pool is nice, there are squash courts, saunas and steam rooms for men only, as well as gymn.

I heartily endorse this hotel as the best experience ive ever had in Dubai. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are perfectly and generously furnished, there is a delicious breakfast, i have savored the swimming pool and fitness center, everything reflects iconic managementmebt.

4.4/516 Oct 2023

The room service was excellent, and they always arrived on schedule each day. Not the best elevators, which were really noisy and it was just scary to be in one, frequently claiming that it is weight overload, you might say it at the last minute when you are about to leave. I enjoyed the floors. A refreshment is required in the interior design. The overall design is nice. There was frequent leakage from the air conditioner. It was simply bad, the connection frequently went out. Parking was a bonus, especially the walking area, as well as the location was very convenient, particularly the strolling area. However, i cant recommend the quality of the buffet. Unfortunately, there was an awful heater, occasionally the water in your shower was too hot or too cold. But the balcony was quite spacious, so that was great. Overall, 3/5 rating.

4.4/526 Aug 2023

Overall, i had a good experience. I wouldnt say anything is super amazing here, but you definitely get what you pay for! Breakfast is adequate, nothing special, as is the pool and sunbathing area. The location is probably the best part about this place because it is right by the marina with lots of places to eat and smoke shisha and jbr is only ten minutes walk away. But our toilet kept not flushing and making incredibly loud noises for hours on end, taxi drivers have gotten really difficult to find the hotel and the decor is very old and outdated.
