The hotel rescheduled checkin until 4 p. M. On the grounds that the room had not been cleaned. The receptionist did not provide an introduction to the location of breakfast or how to connect to wifi. The hotel apologized and promised to check out at 6 p. M. The room is small, and the furniture is old and outdated. The hotel elevator is old and does not show the floor inside or outside, only the crack of the door. Breakfast was adequate, with three types of juices, plenty of fruits, and vegetables. The staple food is more indian. Most of the hotel service staff and guests are from south asia. The hotel is in a great location, at the intersection of the red and green urban rail lines. There are many restaurants in the large carrefour and shopping mall downstairs, especially Filipino fast food and street food. Bigbus stops right below the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is not far from the Chinese consulate in Dubai, about a 10minute walk.

I highly recommend this place to the hospitality department! A very satisfied guest the first time staying at the hotel, the room was nice, and i really like it. The location is very amazing, affordable prices in this place, and i would like to thank juber from the housekeeping department for being so kind and accommodating to the guest and providing the necessary services so that they are satisfied.

Very nice hotel in dubai, close to the metro, very close to the hotel, easy to travel, very cheap restaurants and malls if you like shopping. The staff was kind and helpful the restaurant has a good selection. Thank you ypu, ms. Geraldime and ms. Lutfur.

The room was very nice. Breakfast was not that good. The croissant served for breakfast was terrible. Most of the staff were very polite and very helpful but the starting impression was spoiled by two unpleasant rude staff. The location is perfect, there are many restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel! Excellent amenities, cozy accommodations, and impeccable service made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. In particular, sithik, anas, gerardine from the front desk, and ashfed from housekeeping, they were kind, considerate, and always willing to help. We recently stayed at the hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was friendly, and the room was clean with many nice amenities. The location is convenient, and the receptionist, hamza, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always smiling. Overall, im happy with my stay. The front desk service could be better, in fact, the initial impression was very poor. The rooms and location compensated for it. The food is average. Not a 4 star hotel.

I will come back. One of the best hotels in dubai. I stay in the city season at the tower hotel, especially the receptionist, mr. Sithik, who helped me check in and helped me check in. City view. Really this man worked hard. Staff safdar balaji geraldine near to everything for shopping.

The location is excellent. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. There is a supermarket, mall, and cinema directly next door. Metro is also close by. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly.

Excellent team. Super efficient front desk. Greet with a smile. Everything about the restaurants cleaning is fantastic. It feels like home. All the nearby restaurants and shooping restaurants are within a minutes walk. It only takes a short stroll to get to the metro. Nearby shopping options include carefor max and centerpoint.
