Great stay and location. Room very clean. Friendly staff. No complaints at all. My only hiccup is the desk tried to charge us 15 instead of 10dhs occupancy tax even though confirmation said 10. Did not use the breakfast. Thanks will return

It's located at the beginning of Marjan island. 3 outdoor and the one for kids is perfect during winter as it's warm. There is a private beach with lots of activities for kids and adults like volleyball, kayak, trampoline and more so you can easily spend a day in the hotel. Good breakfast and near to the hotel a walk with kids activities and a nice hamra mall with good selection of food.

We spent a few nights here with my family. The beach in front of the hotel is very nice and safe for the kids - silent and relaxing for the others! The rooms of the hotel were very spacy and comfortable. They really seem to have olla the square meters promised on the descriptions. no restaurant at the hotel, but room service will deliver food to the rooms or to the beach.. Nice playgrounds / other sites in Al Marjan Island, but if you wish to go further the car is recommended

Surprisingly nice and clean family hotel. The private beach of the hotel is neat and in very good condition. It is built lately, and there is still some construction sites in the neighbourhood, but everything is in perfect order. We loved to stay in the private small and safe beach with our kids. The hotel serves some small food to the rooms and to the beach. Our room was very big and comfortable. There really are two different bedrooms, separate livingrooms, two balconies and two bathrooms as promised in the description! We asked for a baby bed from the reception and it was delivered immediatly. The room was cleaned while we stayed at the beach and it was again in perfect condition while we returned. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities we could expect, and there is enough room to cook if it is wanted. The area itself is freshly built, everything seems to be new and modern in Marjan Island. If you to go to the other places (like Ras Al Khamai city etc.) the car is preferred. In Marjan Island there are some restaurants located in the hotel resorts, but there is more in the city - especially with more local twist. In the hotel City Stay Beach there is no restaurant, but you can order some simple food or breakfast to the rooms and to the beach. Wifi works very smoothly in the rooms, and the staff is friendly. We had a few issues with the keycard reseting itself in every now and then.

Breakfast never warm other than the freshly made omelette Breakfast waiter was extremely helpful Food server/manager on the evening of Thurs 10th he was dreadful, not welcoming or any engaging….we felt like it was a bother to him!

The hotel had all the facilities like steam, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, pool. The buffet breakfast is not very good, lunch and dinner are excellent in the only sea view restaurant. Cleanliness is acceptable and overall it's a good place to be with all the 5 star facilities minus the aura of a 5 star hotel. Everything is unisex, no Seperate men and women sections.
