The 30 fully furnished villas 'Family Villas only' are built around the edge of the complex, with all villas having a front door and private covered parking for two cars. The dining room and lounge of each villa overlooks the gardens, with all properties having their own terrace and many of them directly surrounding the swimming pool. There are patio doors to the lounge and the dining room, allowing all residents very easy access to the rest of the complex. On walking through the front door, there is a large hallway with stairs leading up to the 1st floor landing. The hallway leads through to a large open plan fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and very spacious dining and lounge areas, with enough room to entertain a large number of people. The rooms are bright and airy and have floor-to-ceiling windows. The villas are decorated in light pastel tones, enhanced with colourful soft furnishings and all have light coloured marble floors with colourful scatter rugs throughout. The stairs lead up to a lounge landing area furnished with sofas, chairs and coffee table and lead off to four bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom.
