The room was good, the location was nice, and the parking area was shaded. The staff were friendly, they were helpful, it was a good value for money, plus the room design was very old. But there were some downsides such as the noisy ambiance in the rooms, toilet smell, bed was two small beds put together, i also heard some road noise, which made the place feel crowded in middle of the city. We had to wait for them until they checked our room when we checked out.

Excellent and spacious rooms, especially apartments where you can get everything. The facilities are immaculate and wellkept. Very helpful and professional staff. They make you feel at home. Within the building are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, tourist attractions, and spas. Also very affordable for a 4star hotel and apartment. There are hotels with 1, 2, and 3bedroom apartments. I suggest apartments because they are roomy and quiet. By the way, each room has its own tv and iron plus board.

For a family vacation, we spent 12 days here. The front desk and housekeeping personnel were both incredibly helpful and polite. Also fantastic were the valet services. I wouldnt mind returning to this location. There were 11 people in the house at one point, but they werent on top of each other. It was remarkably roomy in our threebedroom apartment. A very large sitting area and spacious kitchen are all wellequipped. Every bedroom i wish had an ensuite.

The rooms cleanliness and amenities are excellent, as are the hotels. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They were always ready to assist us with a smile from the first day until the last day whenever we needed anything. Mohamed altaf, the concierge, was also quite helpful in helping. I would without denying that i would recommend this hotel. Continue your wonderful work and always keep smiling like you guys did.

The staff is amazing. Great view of the city and the marina. Check in was at 2 pm but i had an early flight so he was allowed to check in early. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Large rooms too. Location is excellent. Not too far from al the amazing places there are a men and womens salon, spa and many restaurants too! The rooms are very clean and ive really enjoyed my stay. I will recommend it to all our clients. 4 star treatment is good.

Old hotel with affordable prices. Bigger rooms than average. The pool is closed, at least until may 2021. Gym closes early at 6 pm. Rooms are old but comfortable. A good choice in deira and not too far from the old city and souks.

The building itself is quite impressive. The reception and staff are excellent. They are really helpful. After leaving for our flight, we arrived at the hotel at 6 a. M. To check in because we were too early to checkin, so the receptionist offered us their health club showers, etc. For freshening up. I can only complain about small flaws like the kitchen not being completely pristine and furnished. Some of the items in the rooms appear dated or worn out. So far, this hasnt affected our stay. However, the personnel are very helpful here.

This place is a good place overall, located in secluded and posh surroundings. All necessities are within easy reach. The rooms are spacious but dated, with oldfashioned small soaps in the washroom. Hand soap should be used as liquid soap. When called, the service staff takes time. However, other than that, they are helpful and kind. Overall, i think this is an excellent place to stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, very nice cleaning, compatible rooms, surendra and jahed from housekeeping are good, big room cleaned tide cooperative staff and i recommend all to join and enjoy the lovely hospitality.
