I’m not quite sure where to begin, as this is my first time writing a review for a hotel or residence. Visiting Egypt for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury at Prime Residence. Its location is ideal—close to the airport and just a short distance from City Stars Mall. I was impressed by the design and cleanliness of the residence. The staff provided exceptional service, and I felt secure throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’m already looking forward to returning in June. Thank you for showing me that Egypt can be as luxurious as Dubai!

The hotel was pleasant, with all local amenities, plenty of restaurants, shops, and a lively atmosphere. The only drawback is that you are given cattle, but there are no tea bags, sugar, or milk, nor are you welcomed with bottled water, which left me feeling tainted. Thank you.

The location is close to the baniyes square metro station, exit 1, and 5 stations of the world trade center. There are many restaurants around, as well as a daytoday and night supermarket, which is convenient for shopping.

I stayed in this hotel for two months due to project work. The hotel management provided excellent services. Food, room service, internet, and other amenities were all good. Baniyas square metro station is only about 30 steps away, where you can find many restaurants on the street that are of course delicious. It was a studio room with internet access, utensils to cook, service guys who come to wash utilities when you call. However, beware of crockery selling wristwatches, etc. All in all, it was an enjoyable place to stay.

The customer service was the best. The room was attractive and had many facilities. It was a beautiful place.

We spent 15 days there, and the rooms are quite large and roomy. The furniture and wardrobes were found to be a little damaged. However, it didnt matter, just to say what was there. All of the services provided by the staff are excellent in their work, providing excellent security, accommodating the visitors, offering ample parking space integrated with the hotels. Additionally, the complimentary spa for everyone during our stay was incredibly beneficial.

A decent rate. Excellent apartment hotel, ideal for families. The front desk staff is friendly. Banyas station is nearby. Cleanliness is maintained in the bathroom. Although modest, there is a decent gym on the top floor with many machines. I didnt use the sauna or jacuzzi, but they have one.
