Amenities, Rooms , location, were excellent!! Only downfall was paying for the room…. Even though my Credit card was supposed be on file. This took 3 attempts because somehow had to pay hotel bill… then informed that needed to pay 100 AED ($30) for resort fee…. Then pulled out of my taxi on my way to airport infront of the hotel for 40 AED city tax… These all had to be paid by my physical Credit Card even though I had 1000 AED deposit on my CC… I was furious at the end stating this is how people loss or forget luggage, wallets etc at 6 am heading to the airport!!!!!

I was actually looking to write somewhere regarding our delightful stay. We have always been a Marriott guest however I decided to try the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah and I’m so glad we did. I was blown away with the whole experience of entering the lobby, the very helpful staff, the lifts always being there when you needed them and not having to wait around. The room upgrade was much appreciated and were we shocked. The room was absolutely wonderful, so much space, specially with us having lots of luggage as this stay was our finale of a 20 day holiday from UK to India and Dubai. You had an amazing choice of restaurants which we tried the one on the beach front. Loved it. Us being a foodie people were only disappointed by our own health as we didn’t have good stomachs since landing in Dubai. I was so much looking forward to going to the Claw BBQ and the Trader Vic’s plus the bars. I’m upset that we missed out on so much you had to offer which on a prefect day we would have been enjoying it. We made use of the spa facility which was amazing too. Oh how can I forget the breakfast. I was crying inside that I couldn’t try everything. The NYC & fireworks view from our balcony was prefect for the evening. Hopefully they’ll be a time for us to visit again. I bet you wasn’t expecting such a long message. I just wanted to say we really enjoyed our stay and I’m sure we will be looking to book a Hilton in our upcoming Japan trip.
