CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME: Check-in is at 02:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and check-out is subject to availability and charges applicable. If you require guaranteed check in for arrival, you need to book one day prior to the arrival date.
NO IN ROOM PARTY POLICY: NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the guests and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. No parties, gatherings, loud disturbance and noise nuisance are allowed or tolerated in the premises and rooms.
CHECK-INREQUIREMENTS: Guests must be 22 years and above in order for check-in. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid original documents as: Valid Original Emirates ID, Original Passport and Visa or valid UAE Driving License. No colored copies or email copies are accepted.
VALID ID POLICY : As per Government Requirement, it is mandatory to present valid identification such as Original Passport & Visa or Valid Original Emirates ID card or valid UAE Driving License at the time of check-in. Coloured copies and email copies are not accepted.
VISITOR POLICY: Visitors ( no of persons limit exist ) must notify front desk upon arrival and submit their original documents. No visitor will have access to rooms without original valid documents. Visitors timings are applicable as per the standard hotel policy.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Standard occupancy for One Bedroom Apartment is 2 persons and Two Bedroom is 4 persons.
WIFI ACCESS: Access to our wifi is available to all our registered guests in the rooms. Wifi signals are subject to change depending on the rooms location and Wifi equipment.
PARKING: Please note that parking is not available at this property. Guests are advised to arrange their own parking in nearby public or private facilities.
