Hotel was booked due to a cancellation by another so was not first choice. Room and facilities were very good, very clean and room service was excellent. Breakfast and dinner choices were good but did not vary much by day. Only a few restaurants in the surrounding area and not so much to see. But The Abu Dhabi Mall is only 20 min walk away and the Corniche 15 min walk. The main praise is for the staff who were ever helpful and friendly and was a pleasure to interact with them.

I had a brilliant stay at the Jannah Burj Al Sarab. Room was very spacious, clean and modern and I had nice view on one of the upper floors. The king-size bed was so comfortable and there was a nice table to do work. The Wi-Fi was very reliable and quick. Bathroom was a decent size with a good shower. All the staff were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly - checking in and out was quick. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym on the top floor which offer a really great view. There was also a jacuzzi which was great to go in after a day out to re-charge. Location is near a number of different bus routes as well as the Abu Dhabi Mall and the beautiful corniche which is well worth walking. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Mon séjour s'est bien passé. C'était confortable et le personnel a été très professionnel. Sauf une petite remarque : plusieurs fois, quand j'ai mangé au restaurant et j'ai demandé l'entrée, le plat principal et le dessert, ils apportaient tous les plats à la fois et non pas successivement, comme c'est normalement le cas. Donc, plusieurs fois, mon plat était déjà froid.
