I cant fault this place and would definitely stay again. We needed a stopover in dahor as i was bringing utmost value for what was only ten minutes but incredibly enjoyable. After midnight, we arrived and requested rescheduling our checkout time, which we were gratefully granted. The complimentary coffee for two in the cafe was also reassuring, as was the checkin refreshment. This hotel offers all the usual amenities youd expect - wifi, cosy beds, excellent air conditioning, spacious bathrooms, beds and rooms. There were plenty of deck chairs available for guests, and the attendant who took care of it was an extremely kind man.

Very nice clean hotel with helpful and polite staff. Staff always have a smile on their face. Griffin was very helpful at breakfast and found us t the table that fit our 8 person team. All reception staff and cleaners were approachable.

Best hotel in the best location! The staff is very professional, especially the checkin staff Ms.Priyanka and hk member meherban are great. I only comment that there is need to be more helpful members in executive lounge.

The next time i visit Dubai, ill most certainly stay at this movenpick. Although this hotel may not have the glitz and glamour of other hotels in Dubai it has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is the best part of this motel. They have been trained to provide superior customer service at all times. Restaurant servers, front desk employees, concierges, and support staff all excel at providing professional but friendly service to their guests. Breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. There are so many options, everything ive tried was delicious. I particularly appreciate the coffee service for breakfast. So many hotels have those terrible coffee machines with subpar coffee and long lines, but the moverpick takes your coffee order and delivers it to you at the table. This property is located near fewer residential areas and not in the center of all of Dubai skyscrapers. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Dubai mall, while the airport takes less than 15 minutes.

Iftar ramadan is an incredible experience. The food is delicious, including international and arab cuisine, fruit, desserts, juices from drinks, coffee, tea, and more. I want to express my gratitude to nada, mahmoud, or morsi for their professional service.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the fountain restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Floor staff were very attentive and accommodating. Thank you anamae, khin and fraz for their amazing service.

We had a great time and had an amazing time. The breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping did incredibly well. In particular, the man, mr. Harichhetri, and haji, both responded well to our questions. I recommend it to all travelers.

I would recommend this place to anyone celebrating my uncles birthday. It was a pleasant experience celebrating his uncle's birth at fountain restaurant. The food is delicious. Thank you, anamae and the rest of the staff are very accommodating.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. Mr. Griffin, who is the restaurant manager, was responsive to our needs. My sisters birthday was celebrated when we were there, and the motel even gave us tasty presents on her birthday. We are extremely grateful to mr. Richard and all of the employees for their patience with us as if we werent interacting with them in opulent groups and their always cordial nature when they spoke with you. Every day, the hotels cuisine was excellentit was fresh and offered dozens of options. Both vegans and vegetarians can also eat there. On my next trip to Dubai, i will most certainly stay at movenpick hotel and apartments.

My father and i had to travel short notice to Dubai to retrieve my mother from the american hospital across the street from movenpick hotel, so we were very stressed on arrival. The hotel staff were amazing, very kind, helpful, and supportive. They really went out of their way. Rooms were beautiful. Pool was great. And the breakfast buffet was probably what held me together, knowing that ive had an amazing unlimited delicious meal every day that didnt require me to leave the hotel for. This was such a great place to have as our base during heightened stress, which is why ill be grateful. There isnt much to walk, but the Dubai version of Uber was quite convenient, allowing us to get to all the interesting places fairly cheaply and within 10 to 20 minutes.

A group of nine of us stayed here for just under a week and had savored our stay overall. Instead of staying in hotels, which were still nice but not as luxurious looking as the hotel, we remained in apartments. The food was delicious, but especially breakfast, who seemed to be favored among all nine people and was always varied in options and offered quick and attentive service. Particularly the breakfast chef parvan, whom was consistently warm and friendly and worked with etiquette. Griffin was another employee who was constantly eager to do everything in her power to make our visit more enjoyable, made us feel very at ease, and generally aimed to meet the needs of the guests, something we really appreciated. Sweety was yet another member of staff who went above and beyond to assist and wasnt afraid to help.

This hotel is excellent and spotless, and the housekeeping is outstanding. When i requested a drying rack, samsher anthony assisted in setting it up and informed me that our washer was also drying. I am now wearing clean clothes when ive returned home. Lol. We will definitely call smasher again when we stay at the hotel because he was so kind.

This is the familys christmas supper at fountain with family, and the food selection is excellent! With turkey, roasted duck, beef wellington, crispy pork chops, etc. The salad options are also excellent. Wow, the lady singer played loud, beautiful music nonstop. Anamae served a wonderful evening!.

I had to admit that my first stay at movenpick bur Dubai was a pleasant experience. From the moment you exit the car to the reception area and get to your room, there is incredibly care. Eka and karim from the concierge team were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cuisine is excellent and has countless varieties, but i want to express my gratitude to griffin for making my family and me have sanitized. We were at home. Even when we had preordered, gragra and his crew took care of us and provided us with the best service possible. Everything was excellent. Thank you so much. I would undoubtedly return to this location because of the most caring personnel.
