The receptionist female indian was very kind and checked us in advance. The room was average and the soundproofing was a bit poor. If it was too noisy, we would not stay there.

Pelayanan resepsionis sangat buruk, hanya satu petugas bagasi di seluruh hotel yang terasa nyaman. Bar mulai berisik sekitar jam 8 malam dan masih berisik sampai pagi hari, saya tidak bisa tidur dan pihak hotel tidak melakukan apa pun! Disarankan untuk memilih dengan hati-hati! Dapat dikatakan tidak ada gunanya!

Kamarnya berbau asap dan tidak mungkin memiliki kamar bebas rokok. Perabotannya sudah tua dan rusak. Handuk berlubang dan kepala pancuran tidak berada di tempatnya. Klub malam di sebelah hotel membuat istirahat tidak memungkinkan karena musik di kamar sangat mengganggu.

Resepsionis yang kasar dan kasar ini tidak bisa dilupakan. Dia dengan sopan bertanya jam berapa transfer ke bandara akan tiba, dia menjawab tidak tahu dan mulai berteriak bahwa agen perjalanan belum mengirimkan surat apapun. Jeritan dan amarahnya membuatku mual. Sejam kemudian dia menemukan kertas dengan waktu kedatangan transfer. Dia bahkan tidak meminta maaf dan terus menatapku dengan marah. Ada air yang menetes di kepalaku sepanjang waktu di langit-langit kamar mandi, jadi tidak mungkin untuk tinggal di sana. Secara keseluruhan, saya seperti berada di neraka. Wanita di meja depan sangat kasar dan kasar.

Overall, an average hotel to stay in. The room service is excellent. And the person at the front desk is fantastic. This hotel has a significant issue with the wifi. I wouldnt choose to stay at this hotel for a lengthy stay. You can stay with such wifi for no more than three days.

In Dubai, the orchid hotel has become my second home. For the past 15 years, ive been visiting this establishment, and they have never let me down. I prefer to stay at orchid whenever i visit Dubai. Nice destination for lone travelers. The location is touristic.
