We had a great time during our last school holiday. This hotel comes highly recommended by me because of its excellent location, which is close to a shopping mall, a metro station, and a variety of restaurants at reasonable prices. I will definitely make another reservation at this hotel.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang strategis, dekat dengan metro, toko, restoran, dan kafe. Saya membayar hotel dengan kartu bank, setelah 10- 20 menit, hacker menyerang kartu tersebut. Mereka ingin menarik 3 pembayaran sekaligus, dua jam kemudian mereka menyerang lagi, mereka ingin menarik 150, 100, 50 Dirham dua kali jika dihitung. Untungnya tidak ada uang di kartu tersebut. Hati-hati! Pelayanannya juga biasa saja. Kamarnya sudah tua, selalu ada air di kamar mandi. Mereka membersihkan kamar dan terkadang tidak mengganti handuk. Saat jam 9 pagi tembok mulai rusak. Sebelumnya tidak ada yang melaporkan bahwa pekerjaan renovasi sedang berlangsung. Satu-satunya kelebihan hotel ini adalah lokasinya. Dekat dengan metro, toko, restoran, dan kafe.

The staff is very friendly and helpful with all inquiries through phone calls also they respond without being negligent, but some points should be noted before booking a room. There is no parking in the building and surrounding areas have limited parking spaces and there is private paid parking on the next street. The weekly 110 aed bar is their so noisy at night. The rooms are small and quite expensive for the value. Some booking websites give false information. I suggest talking to the property receptionist to get a better plan so you wont be disappointed by the false information available on booking websites.

Hotel ini terlihat sangat tidak direkomendasikan. Terlihat kumuh, kamar mandi berjamur, resepsionis sangat kasar dan yang paling parah, hanya terlalu berisik. Kami memiliki kamar 414 dan jendela hampir tidak kedap suara. Sistem ventilasi berada di gedung bawah yang tentu saja beroperasi 24 jam sehari dan sangat bising. Sepertinya mereka berada di samping tempat tidur Anda. Jadi tidur bukanlah pilihan. Kami tidak bisa berbicara tentang makanannya karena kami tidak makan. Penyelesaian: Setelah kami mempresentasikan masalah ini kepada manajemen hotel, mereka berusaha keras untuk membuat perubahan demi kebaikan kami. Kami mendapat kamar baru. Lokasi hotel juga sangat bagus. Kenaikan dari 1 bintang menjadi 2,5, dibulatkan menjadi 3 bintang.
