Kami sangat senang dengan kami menginap di Raintree selama hampir 40 hari karena ini adalah hotel bintang 4 yang sangat bagus, modern dan dilengkapi dengan semua fasilitas yang diperlukan. Tempat ini sangat ideal untuk mengunjungi banyak tempat wisata di Dubai.

We had a great time staying at the raintree for almost 40 days because it is incredibly nice, modern 4star hotel with all the amenities you could want. It is conveniently located for exploring Dubais many attractions, as it just around the corner from the metro station and the hop on/off on cab. The staff is excellent, especially the reception staff named ms. Anjali and r. Tasleem who were always very friendly and helpful over if needed. Me and my wife are very pleased with both the staff. I highly recommend seeking out dr or reserving here whenever you are staying or wish to make arranging based on your booking.

The hotel is pleasant and offers excellent customer service. The room was spacious enough, although the carpet had stains and the washroom required maintenance. However, there was no refrigerator in the room, which was a minor inconvenience for longterm guests. Despite these minor issues, the facilities were satisfactory. For those planning extending their stay, it would be advantageous without limiting the options available.

I do not recommend it, its not a safe place at all. Four security guards assaulted me and beat me in the staircase as punishment for not moving my car.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of bur Dubai. Its worth it for its four stars if only housekeeping kept up with its reputation. There were times when the housekeepers took out used towels and empty water bottles, but never replaced them with new ones. After two to three calls, the replacements also arrived. I find it annoying to have small adjustments like not carrying a spoon while restocking the coffee machine supplies or turning off the lights after making up the room. Now onto the positives. The hotels location in front of downtown burdah is ideal. Two of its strengths are its location and transportation. Although expensive, both the inhouse eateries and pubs are decent. While the complimentary breakfast is provided every morning, there isnt much variety. Additionally, because the hotels primary clientele is in india, expect breakfast items that cater to their taste buds. All the amenities are present, and the rooms are roomy. However, as i previously stated, cleaning needs to keep up, which is well worth the 4star rating.
