Saya berharap pemerintah dapat melihat solusi atas masalah ini dan menyelesaikannya. Dulu harganya lebih murah, sekarang lebih mahal dan sekarang saya tinggal di sana. Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Taksi menurunkan tas saya dan sayalah yang menyeret mereka ke hotel, padahal saya tiba jam 9 malam, tidak ada yang membawa barang-barang saya. Dan setelah memesan sesuatu, barang-barang tersebut dibiarkan berhari-hari. Setelah menelepon saya harus berbicara dan bertanya lebih dari sekali? Terkadang mereka kesal dan yang kedua adalah ketika saya meminta taksi, dia duduk berjam-jam dan ketika dia datang, dia mengatakan bahwa mereka bekerja di luar negeri, tidak dan orang asing membawanya. Saya tidak tahu apa perilaku aneh ini. Ini lebih menarik perhatian kepada orang asing dibandingkan dengan orang Arab atau orang Teluk pada umumnya. Ini perilaku yang aneh. Saya berharap pemerintah melihat solusi atas masalah ini dan menyelesaikannya. Terima kasih.

I highly recommend them! Fantastic experience! Super clean, super friendly staff, super breakfast! Super friendly people, always smiling and welcoming and willing to help. Mohamed and Ahmed were also very nice, helpful and attentive shaneem from cleaning!.

Hello everyone! This is catalina, starting with the head of security, moumen was fantastic, he provided excellent service and was very professional. Second, the front desk, with the manager and staff very professional and efficient, everything and any questions we had, they all took care of us. Third, the management men, the lady manager, and the entire staff (Rodan) provide excellent service always him and the rest of the waitresses and waiters all doing a great job, it goes back to management, which is the reflection of how well they train their staff. Housekeeping management and their staff always do a fantastic job of cleaning, and they are very attentive and friendly. Overall, we come once a year, and now we will be back even three times a year. We will stay at the city robe next to the coca cola arena. Thank you so much for everything you do. Love you all! Blessings, catalina.

As soon as we arrived they allowed me to check in straight away which is nice because we arrived quite early. The room we were given had a strong paint smell, but they changed us to a new room immediately after we called. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has enough choices. Ms. Nuwangi gave us a very nice service at breakfast and really didnt mind us even though we took some time to choose our menu.

Kamarnya agak kecil, tapi sangat bersih. Hotel ini sangat ramah lingkungan. Air mineral tersedia dalam botol kaca. Kartu kamarnya unik. Seluruh hotel penuh dengan energi anak muda. Bus antar-jemputnya sangat bagus. Akses mudah ke Dubai Mall dan Pantai Jumeirah.

The rooms were clean and quiet. I liked that there was a 24 hour grocery shop inside the hotel. Breakfast was good and well prepared, although there were not many varieties, it was delicious. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and always smiling, especially mohammad.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great 10/10 experience. Everything was very clean and the view of the room was great. Breakfast had a variety of options. Im writing this review specifically for muhammad islam who made our stay even better! He attended to all our needs very quickly no matter how many times we asked! And he does it with such respect. This made me love the hotel even more. Thank you and hope to see you again.

If theres a hotel that reflects my personality, this is it! We had a great time during our two nights at the Rove city walk. Its close to places to go in downtown Dubai. What i love best about this hotel is the topnotch service. We had a great time with rowena at the restaurant. She knows how to go above and beyond. If we ever visit Dubai again, we will definitely stay here again.

Orang yang paling ramah)) Dari minusnya, saya hanya bisa menunjukkan satu hal: lift memutar video tenis meja yang tidak tersedia di hotel) pengeringnya juga buruk dalam mengeringkan, saya harus melakukan 3 kali untuk mengeringkan dengan kekuatan maksimal) Lokasinya sangat kompleks namun menarik di tengah. The hotel is cool and modernly decorated. The atmosphere was always good and the staff were very helpful. The food was good, the portions were a bit small and there was little variety but very tasty. The hotel is 15 minutes from the Dubai mall.

What a wonderful experience! It was such a pleasant stay while traveling to Dubai for work. The entire team was incredibly kind and friendly, making the time spent there truly unforgettable. I want to thank John, kanykei, and ellia from the restaurant, who were always the best at what they did and made every visit a delightful one! If i ever find myself in this way again, i will definitely return!.

Saya menginap selama 9 hari. Tidak ada supermarket di tempat ini, hanya ada minimarket di dalam hotel. Kamarnya bagus, sangat bersih dan terlihat baru. Sarapannya enak, tapi harus ada variasi di hari yang berbeda. Pelayanannya luar biasa dan kami tidak memiliki masalah selama kami menginap.

Kami menghabiskan seminggu di Rove City Walk. Kamarnya tidak terlalu besar tapi nyaman, soket USB, handuk diganti setiap hari. Tidak ada lemari pakaian, tapi ada ruang untuk menggantung pakaian dan dua laci. Ada kulkas kecil dan ketel. Mereka selalu minum sebotol air setiap hari. Ada juga dispenser air di mana Anda dapat mengisi ulang botol. Saya merekomendasikan sarapan, semuanya manis dan gurih. Lokasi sangat bagus, 10 menit berjalan kaki dari pintu masuk halte metro jalur merah Burj Khalifa atau Dubai Mall. Taksi datang dan pergi sepanjang hari jika diperlukan. Hotel ini menawarkan antar-jemput ke Pantai Kite dan Dubai Mall pada waktu yang berbeda, termasuk pulang pergi. I had a great time at role, their concept is different from other hotels, and i was pleased with it! Additionally, the personnel was outstanding in general, especially dylan and beatrice, who made my stay even more worthwhile, thank you! Finally, the location was a big plus for me.
