This was our second recent visit and again, the Royal Ascot Hotel in Bur Dubai proved an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The level of service was consistently outstanding, making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. A special thanks to Saima, Mano, Sahid, Santosh, Srinivas, Joyla, and Kshtij for their exceptional hospitality and attentive service throughout our stay. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after, making us feel valued as guests. The hotel continues to maintain immaculate standards, with clean, well-presented rooms that make it a fantastic place to stay. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, made our visit truly memorable. We would happily stay at the Royal Ascot Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bur Dubai. Once again, a well-deserved 10/10!

Location of property is unique walking distance to metro ,public transportation , Taxi, Gold souk in Deira across the creek by boat for one cost of one Dirham ,Sport bar. Rooms are very spacious , and on top of all reasonable price .I have been stating at Royal Ascot for many years.

Loved this spacious hotel in the old part of town, We had a huge room. The staff were very friendly and obliging with a nice decent sized pool on the roof. They served a good buffet breakfast, also a great Indian restaurant on the roof top. Near enough to walk through the local shops to the Creek with boats to the old Souk, riverside restaurants and river trips. I would definitely book there again

The hotel was quite nice, I liked their Bar they had many varieties of drinks at hood price. Rooms we spacious and modern with many facilities . The roof top restaurant serves shisha and also have swimming pool and gym.

It is a lovely building and beautifully planned that Ascot Hotel is not too far from Dubai International Airport. It has a central location and comfortable rooms. After leaving, housekeeping is done on a daily basis in the rooms, and they do not disturb their guests. In addition, the rooms include all of the required amenities. The ascot hotel's personnel is extremely competent and accommodating. I appreciate the employees and management for their hospitality in making my stay at the hotel comfortable and pleasant. I appreciate this place and would return soon. I will miss your service.

A great value for money for money for a very clean room, nicely furnished, a very comfortable bed and lots of space. The Royal Ascot Hotel is conveniently located near the Dubai Creek, small shops, cafes, and cheap restaurants. The rooms are also well maintained and very neat, with a big and clean swimming pool on the roof, free sunbeds and towels. Breakfast buffet is also good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
