Overall, 5 stars for travel. Alfred was very helpful in helping me. He didnt even help me find a place to sleep for a few hours, the customer service was so good, i later learned i could also take a shower. Great customer service and assistance.

Thank you so much for taking care of us on our trip to the maldives! We had a wonderful trip, but the hospitality sleep and fly at d 7 showed us was above the standard and extremely compassionate. We knew we would be very tired and had more to do. We got lost in the huge Dubai terminal having to take a taxi because it was after 3 am. When we finally got to d 7 we were hours late and very tired. Again, thank you guys for understanding our situation and accommodating us. I had even booked the wrong fate, actually the day before our arrival, and you guys took care of us. We appreciate your team and look forward to returning soon. Daniel and Josephine.

Conveniently located right next to the boarding gates and after security, this innovative facility is a game changer for weary travelers, especially for business professionals looking to stay at peak performance. The option to rent a bed for a quick nap or even use their showering facility means you can arrive at your destination rejuvenated. Trust me, its far from trying to get some rest in the uncomfortable chairs typically found in waiting lounges. The team is not only helpful but also very polite and friendly, adding to the overall refreshing experience. Sleep and fly is highly recommended for anyone with a long layover in dxb.

The location is close to d 6 on terminal 1 dxb airport. The service is very convenient as they have everything you need after a long flight. Nino and platinine are very accommodating and knowledgeable about what they do. They asked me the right questions which helped me decide the hours to stay in to avoid jet lag. Highly recommended!.

I arrived in dxb at around 1.30 am and spent the night there waiting for my flight from dubai to Baku. Rolando and sherwin were very helpful. The cabin was much nicer than i expected based on my experience elsewhere. This is my place to go now for a short overnight transit stay.

If the facility itself has a very comfortable bed for you to sleep well in case you are stuck at Dubai airport for any reason, lock them up in front of departures gate number 5 and 6. Affordable option, great service thank you, ronie and team.
