First of all, we stayed for 10 nights and our review is based on that. You can definitely choose this hotel; it's spotlessly clean, beautiful, and the staff were very attentive. It's also centrally located and easily accessible by taxi. Negative aspects: the toilet paper was very thin, perhaps this could be improved. There was no designated smoking area (since the pool closed at 8 pm, even to smoke, you had to go down to the hotel entrance. Perhaps the pool terrace could be used more effectively, perhaps by opening it at night). You have to smoke outside, and the pool closes very early; instead of closing at 8 pm, if it closed at 10:11 pm, at least the pool area could be utilized, even if swimming is prohibited, as a seating area, which would be very enjoyable. Other than that, the daily change and wide variety of breakfast was nice, but since it was mainly Arabic and Indian cuisine, it might be a little difficult to choose if you are from other countries or are vegetarian or vegan. However, you won't go hungry; they had delicious and good products. Thanks to all the staff. It's a hotel we would definitely choose again if we came back; it's affordable and clean.

I chose this hotel specifically for its location and convenience. It’s perfectly positioned between two major highways in Dubai. Head east and you’ll reach Al Khail Road within minutes; make a U-turn heading west and you’ll be on Sheikh Zayed Road just as quickly. This makes getting around the city effortless, avoiding complicated exits and connecting roads. Downtown Dubai is also very close, which is a big plus. The surrounding area is modest—don’t expect skyline views or glamorous city lights. That said, I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food at Spices restaurant is excellent. Besides breakfast, I had two meals, and the staff—especially Ahmad and Nikhita—were exceptionally kind and friendly. They truly made the dining experience more enjoyable. My only one-star point goes to the basement car park exit: it’s very narrow and definitely spikes your anxiety if you’re renting a car 😅. Other than that, I highly recommend Urban Al Khoory Hotel.

The property was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, creating a space that felt both stylish and genuinely welcoming—like a home away from home. The amenities were excellent and added real comfort to the stay. The staff were outstanding: extremely attentive, accommodating, and impressively quick to assist with any request. Breakfast was a true highlight—exceptional in quality, variety, and presentation. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

the room was nice and cozy and the staff was very friendly. They give as much as water, just you need to return the glass bottle thats it, which was great. Room was also clean and room service came everyday to clean it but we only used in twice. Its just a bit far from any metro station so you need to rely on Cabs but overall a great location.
