Perfect stay a bit far away from everything but perfect to relax. takes about 20 mins just to get outside of The Palm. Awesome SPA, staff and pool service.

Rooms were very spacious and clean, with a nice sea view. The bathroom was big and had two sinks, handy for when you and your partner are both getting ready. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were so helpful. Two large pools and private beach all available to use, one pool for children and one adults only. They provided cold waters free of charge, and the food at the pool was also excellent. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice from classic breakfasts, Mediterranean, Asian, omelette station, and a great selection of pastries. Overall a wonderful stay in the Waldorf Astoria and would definitely return.

Séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel situé sur la Palm à Dubaï. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le cadre est magnifique, avec une localisation idéale qui permet de profiter à la fois du calme et d’un environnement unique. Les infrastructures sont impressionnantes : piscine superbe, espaces parfaitement entretenus, tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la qualité du repos, ce qui est rare à Dubaï. C’est un véritable havre de paix. L’accueil des enfants est également remarquable. Tout est fait pour que les familles se sentent à l’aise, avec une attention particulière portée aux plus petits. Le personnel est d’un grand professionnalisme, toujours souriant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse d’exception que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L’hôtel est juste incroyable la propreté, le service, la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine et la plage tranquille et très reposant. Les gens sont très belles. Les grandes tout est parfait. temizlik iyiydi. kids club kötüydü hiç bir aktivite yapmıyorlar ve cok küçük. bir kaç kez restoranda masa bulamadık beklemek zorunda kaldık bu çok üzücü oldu. plajda garsonlar zayıf , bakmıyorlar yeterli garson yok. havuz kenarında yemek servisi çok yavaş. yataklar cok rahattı.

Beach team and Italian restaurant are clearly 5*. Rooms nice but really could do with some entertainment at night. Singer outside the Palm Restaurant very nice, but post meal the hotel lacks atmosphere

Beautiful hotel (there is construction next door, so try to get a room on the other side of it). Really lovely and very wonderful staff. The spa is also *amazing. I got a Thai massage and it was great. It was like a real therapeutic massage (my neck was in really bad shape) the pool is beautiful the food is good. My only issue is it’s pretty far away from everything. Getting back into the city takes a long time
