This place is expensive. I booked this place for 3 nights at West Zone Plaza. In the building's maintenance and upkeep, the property is ancient. The check-in process went smoothly. The staff and customer service were friendly. The rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. The only drawback of this place is its upkeep. You can see that the building is poorly maintained with peel-out walls, moldy bathroom tiles, and air vents in the rooms. There are more than 60 channels on, none of them are in English, only news channels. The only positive aspect of the stay was the location and the service of the personnel, otherwise, this place is overpriced and under-kept.

Very relaxing at this hotel. The staff's attitude has very good teamwork and cheerfulness. They make sure our stay will be good. We have a small issue with the room, but they are very soon fixed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

We can't deal with them anymore. It is better for them to leave that to hurt others if they don't like their job. I adore the amenities, but our friends have booked this hotel several times, but I noticed that the Filipino ladies in reception are incredibly arrogant in dealing with people, especially guests, compared to other nationalities. Their attitude upsets me. When we arrived, I wished they could leave the hotel, but we had reservations. I speak with an Indian man named Maahesh, who is very kind to us because we had our reservation at the hotel. I hope you can observe the staff you have hired in the receptionists. They should have excellent customer service, so I hope you can spot the attitude of the front desk staff. I apologize, but we have moved to another hotel.
