It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. I really loved how mr. Harsh handled his customers and the hotel is also very clean. My stay there was enjoyable. Thank you, merry christmas, for making us comfortable.

The only negative aspect is that the services are delayed and not delivered on schedule. However, after a number of reminders, this will be resolved. The location is excellent, with sharf dj metro station about 600 meters away. Burjman station is also nearby around 1 km away as well. Additionally, the rooms are wellkept and wellmaintained, and daily room cleaning is performed. An extra bed will come with an additional fee. There is no washing machine, but twice yearly, laundry is offered for free. Just wash, ironing stand, or iron box will all be provided.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable. This place is excellent in every way. I spent five days there, and i must admit that ive been quite pleased with what they had offered. The accommodations are lovely, spotless, have all the necessities, etc. Also, the services were excellent. There was excellent food available here. You can order Indian food here if you are an indian. It is praiseworthy for the cuisines quality and flavor. If you want to spend some time in your room watching tv, you might be let down. They dont own a dth, instead, it is cable, which is terrible (which may not be favored most of the time).

I stayed with my husband for 3 months in summer 2023. Mr. Harish as the manager was a wonderful and comfortable host. Everyone from the receptionist, vinod, Ramesh, and jeet the housekeeping staff, to the laundry man and chef pavan were warm, friendly and very kind. Would love to take it up again soon.

This hotel is excellent. The receptionist, laurina, is the best part of this hotel. It was my first time trying a hotel apartment, and it turned out to be an amazing experience!. My family and i stayed for 17 days. There were some issues with many things at first, but 2 people who were very helpful were may from guest relations and her manager, mr. Harish. They made sure all complaints were taken care of and gave me another room to accommodate. May was just a message away for anything we needed and I really appreciate her initiative and proactiveness. Will definitely visit again next year.

Yesterday was a great day for us. May, who is very accommodating and made sure we had the best room, deserves our gratitude. She gave us three different rooms and let us decide which one we prefer. All of our guests love the place and informed us that they will also have their events at Xclusive maples. From reception to housekeeping to the bellboy who helped us when we checked out, all the staff were very helpful. Will undoubtedly return to this hotel and continue to recommend it to friends and family.
