It was a last minute booking, fraught with a few problems but very much worth it as the accomodation was fantastic, parking onsite decent, breakfast thoroughly enjoyable, hospitality excellent and very amenable.

This is a restaurant with rooms and a spa attached. It was a restaurant well worth visiting, and the room was comfortable. I slept well. It was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Spa weekend stay over. Spa and treatments were nice although the steam room didn’t appear to be working. Room was spacious, comfortable and modern. Food was delicious as always. Some of the food choices are incredible.

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor and setting. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. Only slight disappointments that the refreshment tray didn't seem to have been replenished and only one large bath towel provided, but we found a smaller one in the wardrobe. As with previous comments, the extractor in the bathroom wasn't strong enough and the bathroom was steamed up and everything in there felt damp. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning and trying the spa.

Great find - we had a stop over on the way home! We had the family suite which had a bathroom (walk in shower), very comfortable king bed and 2x sofa beds for the kids! There was complimentary bottled water too which always goes down well on our trips away! We had an evening meal which was really good albeit on the slightly pricier side! Breakfast was also very good. All ingredients were very fresh.

The restaurant was absolutely fantastic...worth staying just to experience the food, especially as it’s located a few miles from anywhere. Breakfast was fabulous too and all the staff did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. The bed was so comfortable I’ve made a note of the brand. There was a wedding on at the same time as our visit but no noise at all as our room was a long way from the function room.

Fantastic food, great staff and lovely rooms. Nice grounds just let down slightly by some discarded glasses in the garden, cigarette butts and blue confetti’ left lying around. Don’t let that little negative distract you, we will certainly stay again as it was fabulous.
