This is a beautiful guesthouse close to Chichester Cathedral, one of England's most beautiful locations. The building is definitely victorian, with some parts appearing to be medieval, but it has been tastefully renovated, and the rooms are comfortable and convenient. There is no front desk, but checking in was simple. The staff was also very helpful with my unusual check out times and sent me a phone charger that I left behind without charge.

I am very disappointed with this hotel, not in Chichester, which is situated next to the cathedral and in between several church houses. It was spotless and beautifully decorated in an old building. You could also access fantastic gardens. The receptionists only use pin codes and contactless access, so there is no place to leave your bags if you arrive early, haven't checked in, and haven't been by car.

Fantastic find in the city, but hidden away. On arrival, we were really astonished by the location of this place, it's perfectly tucked away in the middle of the city. Close enough to explore yet without the noise that can be associated with cities sometimes. The room was nice, spotless, clean and very spacious as well. There was a handy folder with lots of useful information in the room as well as free wifi. This was the first contactless entry, however when we arrived it was quite busy and a member of staff informed us of our room number. It did still appear strange to enter a keycode, but it was simple enough. Breakfast was included in the price, but there are plenty of places that serve breakfast within walking distance. When we checked out we experienced contactless check-out, it was proper as there was no soul to be seen it was all very quiet. Again, this wasn't a problem because we didn't need help, so everything went very smoothly.

I was disappointed with this hotel. This hotel is situated in a wonderful location in the cathedral district. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is a power shower, very strong, and very reliable. Be aware that the price is just for the room and you must go out for breakfast.

Excellent location in the cathedral precincts in the heart of Chichester. Although the building is ancient, it is clean inside. As access key code is given in advance, there is no reception. When we arrived, after receiving excellent email instructions, we parked our car in the nearby free parking lot and entered the area that was fully heated. The mattress and furnishings were fantastic, and the room 6 was thoroughly clean. The bathroom was again clean, and equipped with a wonderful shower, shower, and fluffy towels. It was actually too warm in the apartment. There are a lot of cafes and eateries nearby. There is no catering space, but coffee tea and an electric kettle are supplied. You can always reserve your room directly through the Cathedral website since it is cheaper for two nights, and it is better if you must change dates or anything else. Without a doubt, I would return.
