Its a typical hostel at this price point. The staff promptly resolved any issues that popped up, and the service was firstrate. There is n bar on the ground floor because it gets noisy at night. You can stay for ten days, but not longer.

The location is excellent and the room is great. There are two toilets, two decentsized showers with charging stations by the bunks and even the mattresses were comfortable. Overall, breakfast was good overall, especially the pancake machine, which was a great addition!, with toast, rolls, cheese, various spreads on top, dozens of meats to choose from, and regular cereal. However, the eggs were very disappointing as they were overcooked into oblivion. I would definitely recommend it if you are not tolerant of eggs!.

We had a dorm room for the new year. It was sanitizing and enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the toilets were spotless. We were ten people in tavern. All in all, we had an enjoyable time. Id strongly advise it to anyone looking for an overnight stay in groups.

The hostel is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from edinburg station and 15 minutes stroll from the castle of elsinburg. It offers affordable breakfast. There are snacks and coffee vending machines in the hostel. I reserved a twin room with secluded bathroom, which comes with towel and 2in1 shower gel. The hotel has karaoke and onsite bar. This hostels noise level is its sole drawback. Due to the groundfloor bar, it might be tastier at night. A pair of headphones for light sleepers might suffice.

This hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The only downside is the noise. Our room was back on the bar so it was very noisy until 3 am. Bring earplugs! Also the room felt very hot even though it wasnt chilly outside.

During my trip to edinburg with some pals, i stayed here. The staff was really friendly and the location was perfect. Although not luxurious, the rooms were adequate for a brief stay.

This will be the ideal hostel to look for if youre searching for an affordable place to explore edinburgh and its attractions and nightlife. We were a little surprised that the family room was directly above the yard of the neighboring bar, which caused some high noise levels until late at night. However, the amazing location right in the city center and the more than friendly staff made up for this.

I stayed here for 6 people in one room. The price and the value ratio are very good. Great location. Spacious room, separate shower and bathroom. Nice view from the 5th floor window. Good bar downstairs.

I recently stayed here with friends and found it to be excellent value for money. The location is great, everything is clean, the staff is friendly and we enjoy breakfast in the morning. Great and comfortable stay! Would recommend and return.

The rooms are clean if some are a bit cramped, but the hostel itself has its own bar with lots of entertainment and food. Also close to all amenities. What more do you need than slumber? I highly recommend it. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Only thing i thought was terrible was the dj on the Saturday night who never spoke. Three different people asked him to play decent music and he said this is decent. Asked as many customers as ive ever had what they thought, including those leaving early, and all said they hated it! Customers age range 20 m to 60 mm. Karaoke night on friday was great craic. I would highly recommended.

The location is great, there are many good restaurants nearby. We stayed in a 4 bed with secluded bathroom. The lady who checked us in was very nice and let us have the room earlier.

One of the cleanest and modern hostels we have stayed in. Excellent city center location. The breakfast was terrible, the only negative aspect. Apart from that, excellent place to stay at a great price.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is a 1minute walk to the royal mile, ten minutes walk from Edinburgh castle, and tten minute walk away from the train station. Traveling is very convenient. Good value for money, convenient transportation, lots of food nearby.

Overall, i would stay again, although there are better options in the area. There were no outlets by my bed, so ive had to make my own bed. The bathroom didnt have soap or paper towels, and other guests treated the room like a hotel room (clothes and trash everywhere). The bar was adequate, with utmost convenience.

The hostel and facilities are excellent. I had a pleasant stay at the location. They also have savorable drinks and savory cuisine at their bar. The staff was always willing to assist and resolve any issues, and they were all incredibly kind. Without denying, i will return and suggest this place.
