Considering our previous stays….my stay this time was lovely. I did mention to them beforehand about my stay before, so they gave me a lovely room. The bed was HUGE and it was really clean :) a lovely stay && thank you so much! I will defo be staying again :)

The staff are lovely, especially Rachel who really helped me on my late check in. I wasn’t having the best day and she couldn’t do enough for me, that ment a lot. The rooms are beautiful a BS clean. Some parts do look a bit tired like the carpets in the hallways but; it’s a massive hotel with a lot of use. It is a clean and lovely place to stay. I liked it so much, I extended my stay.

The inside of the hotel is clean and looks a lot better than the outside so don’t be put off with first impressions. Staff were very fried and helpful.

A really good choice for an overnight stay. The room was very comfortable with a great king size bed and plenty of floor space. The bath was deep and the water very hot. Reception was basic but Julie made us feel very welcome despite the need for masks because of Corinavirus.

I stayed at this hotel for a one-night stay. The cleanliness of the rooms is good, with the friendliness of the staff, and the room size is big. The cleanliness of the bathroom is good, as well as the breakfast. Nothing to complain about. My room was recently renovated and smelled old paint, but that did not bother me.

From the outside you can see the hotel is in need of a bit if TLC. Staff at check in very friendly. Room was clean but again, in need of a make over. The double glazed windows were not 'blown' so need replacing. Fab cooked breakfast. My only nuggle is that outside the room I stayed in - 122 was an air conditioning unit which came on and of at random times and when it did come on it sounded as if there were a half dozen motor bikes arriving in the car park. I didn't get very much sleep on the 2 nights I stayed. The room could do with some sort of sound protection. The room directly above has a very squeaky floor..... Lastly, there is no mention on the website (that I could give) that evening meals are not available but there is s bar

The room was big and clean very warm hotel only downside was the milk issue as they are tiny little ones you need 3 for 1 coffee or tea when I asked for more I was told we were only allowed 1 top up 😂😂 So i bought a bottle of milk

Stay was ok . Bathroom from the seventies with avocado green suite . Could not shower properly due to the four foot shower over bath with a pitch roof . Sqeeky floor boards, sqeeky chair to sit on . Needs replaced . Decent bed . Heating not turned on but was warm enough for me .
