Room was great. Small but I expected that, however I was happy that it had great air control, and the shower was great. Nice location close to Paddington Station. We didn’t use any amenities so I can’t comment on that. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Delmere Hotel and would happily give it a well-deserved 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early—it made a big difference after a long journey and set the tone for a relaxed stay. The room itself was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant visit. It was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority here. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet bar, which was well-stocked with a great variety of options. Everything was fresh, tasty, and regularly replenished, making it a perfect start to each day. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations with its warm service, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

An older building that has been updated so rooms are modern. Everything worked wonderfully and I appreciate the shower (push a button to turn on/off) the lighting (3 different levels of dimmer) and AC (buttons for temp and fan speed). Well done and small things like a cubby space near bed for phone, etc really make the difference. Super helpful and friendly staff there 24/7 and great value stay in a central area.

Very Clean rooms. Very small lifts. The showers are very dangerous because they’re elevated with no handlebars. Very easy to fall. The hotel is located in a very convenient area of London. Very close to nice cafés and the tube stations. Sanjeev and Veronica are amazing hosts !

This was my first solo international trip and I was nervous about it. Staying in a hotel can be very intimidating as a solo female traveler. The room - it's small, but this was a plus for me. I really just needed somewhere to sleep and having a smaller room made it feel safer for me. The bed was very comfortable. There's AC! They provide a (good!) hairdryer and even have a little tea station on the desk. There's a TV with streaming capabilities and free wifi. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner provided. There's a little safe in the room that's also free to use for valuables. The lighting system was all on a panel by the bed with different lighting options that turned off by themselves when you exited the room and on automatically when you entered. Hangers were provided and I have no issue finding room to put my suitcase. I had a view facing the street and even for a busy area it was quiet. The hotel - staff was very nice and helpful. I was even able to check in a bit early at no extra charge. This was a lifesaver after an overnight flight and arriving on no sleep. There's a water machine downstairs and the location was a quick 5 minute walk from Paddington station. Very easy to get to all parts of London from this area. Decent food options in the area. Nandos is close by, Blank Street Coffee has a location near (their matcha is amazing), and there's even a McDonald's if you want something quick after a long day of exploring the city.

This is such a cute hotel. Small rooms but very cozy for 2 people. Easy access from Heathrow airport via the Heathrow express to Paddington station and a short walk from there. Will definitely stay here again.
