Lovely, friendly guesthouse. Great breakfast. Perfect location, close enough to everything but not in the touristy middle. Enjoyed the beautiful beach, the independent shops (of which there are many) and wandering around the harbour. Such a lovely weekend that felt like a week. Thanks

Friendly greeting by the owners who provided a very useful free parking permit. Fast check in and extremely clean overall. Perfect location within reach of many bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

We arrived by a very friendly couple who sort our parking permit and gave us the keys. Room right on the top of the building, well not worth 80 it was clean but really not nice, terrible yellow wood furniture, cheap mattresses on the beds and bedding... so hot and not even a fan! Breakfast was ok, if you want cornflakes or rice krispies, cooked breakfast was ok, you don't get asked how you want your eggs cooked, cheap sausages bacon. Orange juice is not nice either. Nice cup of tea though! Friendly couple running this place for someone else so this is not a reflection on them. They are both lovely, shame the greedy owner didn't spend some money on their establishment I would not return, it's not worth the money, shame it's in a lovely central location.

The room was ideal for us despite the fact that we had to use the shower for a few minutes to draw the hot water up to the top floor. Gary and Lynda are great hosts who are hospitable and easy to chat with. The hearty, locally prepared breakfast was fantastic.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The host was so friendly and entertaining. It was so close to the harbor and seafront and was great for shopping and sea walks. Everything you need to know about Weymouth, thanks.

Excellent position in Weymouth's center. But it's a problem with parking if you think you're going to park near the guesthouse, forget it. If you are fortunate, you can get a spot in the pavilion parking lot, but not before 4 p. M. And if you don't intend to stay anywhere else. During our three-night stay, we had to find a pay-and-display parking lot four times. The parking permit was poorly explained. The room was spotless and had a comfy bed. Cons: needs a mirror over chest of drawers so you can apply makeup and dry hair. Because of the room's size and the large bed, two bedside cabinets are required. Curtains needed because the blinds did not block out all light, the bathroom requires a shelf over the sink and not a bathroom cabinet over the toilet, towelscloths are needed on the wall by the shower, and toilet paper holder is required.

6 rooms ideally located near the beach and vibrant riverside bar and eats area. Free overnight parking starting at 1800 in the East Street parking lot or on the road with a residence permit issued by the lodging. Comfortable end suite rooms with great reception during football season. Ample full breakfast provided by great owners. Will be back soon.
