Location: 20 min walk from Paddington station which is very simple. Extremely quite at night with almost no street noises noticed. Property exterior: Hotel Henry VIII-Elegant white and very nice neighborhoods. Staff AI and in person: provided helpful information and promptly. I received extra supports since I forgot some belongings that I was able to retrieve within the next few days. Property interiors: classis type room with huge spaces of both bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful windows and window treatments. King bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. Bathroom included beautiful tiles and skillful installation. Bathtub and showers were separated and worked well. The two side chairs by both nightstands were beautiful and very useful for my stay. Breakfast: coffee and simple snacks were on site. However, my chocolate croissant was not fresh baked that I was not happy. Hope facility would improve. TV and lamp power cords were tangle and not hidden well as they should be. Hope this could be improved. TV channels were limited that I wish there should be more. Definitely will stay in this property again if I return to London.

Room was sufficiently clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were lumpy. I personally don’t think that cloth headboards are ever clean or the rating would be higher for cleanliness. The rooms were over a train but it was dulled by the sound resistant walls and windows. I found that really soothing actually. The elevators were tiny but never an issue. The location was very nice but a half mile from the train station and some cabs complained about the route. Queensway was a great spot for food and an easier tube than Paddington. Use the safest way app for a fully lit and video camera cctv covered route if you’re walking late. The bureau de change on the street was actually a really happening coffee shop with great pastries I wish I’d tried sooner. Be aware that you have to pay days in advance and not through Hotels. com. WhatsApp communications were easy but I nearly missed the deadline to pay because I didn’t expect that. It says it’s not staffed but there was always someone at the desk. Requested two rooms near each other due to traveling with a disabled person and they accommodated us and even upgraded a room which I had tried to pay to do via hotels but they don’t reply here, just on WhatsApp.

Very close to the underground trains. Lots of places to eat and small markets to pick up food and drinks all within a few minutes walking distance. My room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable, would highly recommended Bob W.

It is located within easy walking distance of all needed public transport. It is a lovely space and had all of the essentials. Within walking distance of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. I really liked it here. The bed and pillows were exceptional. Plenty of hot water.

I had a really pleasant stay at Bob W Hotel. The room was small, but exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was especially nice and felt very modern and well-designed. Before arriving, I read some negative reviews, but I think expectations matter — you cannot expect a huge 5-star luxury hotel experience at this price point. For what it is, it was excellent value and very thoughtfully done. The people at reception were also wonderful, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was some noise from the subway, but the hotel provides a white noise device, which definitely helps. I’m also a very light sleeper, so others may not find it as noticeable. Overall, I would absolutely stay again.

The on-line "no touch" check in, was a bit more awkward than the personal contact it seems to want to avoid. I don't mind being in touch with actual people - it's part of the pleasure of travel. The location was very convenient to the Queensway tube. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.
