There was some confusion about obtainng the door code on my first night so i had to make the decision to book the hotel up the road for the night. I finally got an email from the staff the morning after and i was able to get into the building. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit cramped but i managed it. Other tennants were quiet so the only noise i had was the occaisonal police car going past the building. This place was a good value overall and i would stay there again.

Great stay in the West Kensington area. The apartments are clean, beautiful, and cozy. Small, thoughtful details like personalised cards, local coffee, and shortbread make you feel welcome. Very close to the London Olympia events place. A few parks are nearby to enjoy nature. Walking distance to a few underground stations helps to plan your commuting easier.

This was a fantastic property. The room was beautiful and new, full of thoughtful touches. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The size of the room is perfect for a single traveler but a little snug for two people. The check in and out were hassle free and the whatsapp help was prompt, even though it felt like it was powered by AI. Even though I didn't need much assistance, I would've liked to see a friendly face on site, just for peace of mind. All in all, very much recommended!

Honestly first time staying with bob w, And it was fantastic. The location (train station a stones throw away) or a 5min walk to Shepherd’s Bush station, hotel, cleanliness, everything was amazing couldn’t have picked a better place and would 100% stay in a bob w hotel again. We had a little bit of electrical lighting problem on our last night. But they tried there best to fix the problem. Honestly I would recommend a stay in a Bob W accommodation to anyone! 5⭐️’s

Good stay in Bob W Olympia, great response from the team on WhatsApp. Nice facilities in the room, clean and comfortable. Just one note if you are very sensitive to outside noise, it can get noisy if you have a room facing the main street. At least they provide you with ear plugs.

It’s very basic and simple but our room was by a noisy road. It did have facilities to heat food and also a fridge. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. No aircon so summertime I believe you’d need a window open for fresh air and ensuing road noise There were several emergency vehicles with sirens which were quite disturbing because of the noise. It’s a great concept but I would not use it again.

Customer service is deliberately unhelpful, doesn’t read what you’ve actually written, communications have been frustrating, lacking empathy, intentionally unhelpful and repeating the same void of information. Since the price is kept low due to the centralised remote reception, this needs to be on point. Automations need improving. We have met 3 other residents during our one night stay. All had the exact same issue as us on arrival where they couldn’t access their room or the building as they had missed the email to state they needed to verify themselves. Why not send an automated reminder alert to say the verification is still incomplete and you cannot do this on arrival, and must be done in order to access the room. Hugely frustrating stay. Room made from thin walls, windows that aren’t soundproofed and is NOISY. Didn’t sleep. Dealings with the online chat never wish to be repeated.

Not my best visit to London. You think having a reception less hotel will be fine , but it doesn’t work! There was a fire alarm in the hotel with nobody around to support. The rooms aren’t cleaned as expected. This hotel was basically a dorm room or a hostel. Had to WhatsApp to ask for everything and my room stinking marijuana from a previous guest. Avoid!
