Very impressed with the stay. Friendly staff, check in was quick. Room was clean and tidy. 5 minutes walk to beach. Sea/beach view from the room. Walking distance to the town centre/restaurants. Free parking on site. Comfortable stay with the family.

Good location, good hotel, would have liked some sort of a headboard on the beds and bed lights were right above our heads which we did bump our heads a few times on. Free parking was a bonus.

Solo stay in a single room. Clean and comfortable. Few minutes walk to beach and main pier. Mini supermarket also a few mins away. Coffee tea and kettle, small table fan, soap in shower and at sink, two towels, daily room service. The water heater pipes were slightly noisy at night, but I had earplugs so it was no problem. Full English breakfast (also veggie option) served from 8:15, make your choice of breakfast the night before and it’s on your assigned table the next morning. Cheapest price around for this central location, would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Midweek break 3 nights. Although the parking was free, it was very tight and double parked and every morning had to wait about 15 minutes to get the car in front moved. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very limited and at a set time 8.30 no flexibility and had to be ordered in advance. Bar prices were very reasonable. The room though was extremely tired, The windows didn't work and could not be opened properly, decor was poor, badly in need of a repaint and would also suspect structural problems looking at the way the window was twisted. Ensuite was clean and fully functional. Generally the hotel was Okay, but rooms need major refurbishment.

Desk service was great, staff are lovely. Room was okay, bathroom and shower were nice. Room went from being really warm to cold and back quite quickly. Furnishing was okay but room felt quite cheapish with the floor being really creaky. Worth the price still.

Room very dated,needs decorating. Windowsill and curtains all mouldy. Hairs in the bed. Kettle covered in scale. Bathroom so small you hit your head on the radiator as you sit down. Noisy from 630am

Convenient location, checkin efficient but a dared property with dated family room, poor bathroom, mould effected sealent. The room needed completely updating and renovating. My continental breakfast was an apple, one croissant and an open yogurt....very poor. We won't be going back to the hotel again.

Very poor booked 3 days only stayed 2days put us in a basement room that stank of mould and damp then complained and they moved me and my partner into a room with 2 single beds. Then next day went down for breakfast no table for us. So had to hang around for a table for 25 minutes. Next days breakfast nothing had been put on table. Very un organised.

The quotes and pictures on line are not the same at the hotel( no spa) as stated and the staff just said it was a picture taken from across the road( hotel )so thats false advertisement was not happy with the room tools and rubbish was in our room and we was given another room the breakfast was like a child’s breakfast windows keep rattling during the night all cctv cameras in parking lot was broken and hanging off the walls
