The staff is very accommodating and polite. The manager, Richard, really organised everything for us via email and phone before we came. He was kind as we checked in and was there arranging breakfast and making requests. And then, the cleanliness here was impressive. After that, the room was contemporary and the comfort was there. Subsequently, the clean room with the big bathroom and a clean bathroom. Next, the fresh milk that was in the refrigerator for morning coffee was a nice touch. The last one is the amazing steak that comes with that excellent steak.

What a great week we had this week, the service from the moment we arrived was perfect. The rooms were absolutely stunning, and the bar area was also very nice. Breakfast was nice, highly recommended and we will be back!.

We are accustomed to staying in Worcester for racing as regular visitors. Even though it was very enjoyable on our first visit, we will now make it our home base. The apartment we stayed in was stunning and offered river views. Given the size of the rooms and facilities, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and impressive, and we stayed longer in the room than we would in a hotel. The staff is hospitable and welcoming, and the breakfast was as delicious, if not superior, as any other I have had in any establishment. Our next stop has already been made. Gratitudes, browns.

This month, we stayed in one of the apartments for three days. The lodging was spot on, spotless, tastefully, and comfortably furnished, with all the tiny generous gestures that make you feel welcome, such as fresh milk in the refrigerator, dishwasher, and laundry tablets. The apartments views took in a huge part of the seven river. In the early morning, sitting on a small balcony with the windows open, drinking coffee and watching the swans wake up was fantastic. The restaurant is in addition to the exception accommodations. We ordered there every night, and we still had plenty of other choices available. The food is exquisitely presented. Brunch is served until 11 and that is another generous consideration for guests. Bianna was a particularly polite and friendly employee at brunch. I also want to thank karen at the front desk, who is a kind, warm, and pleasant frontofhouse employee, because she was interested in our initial enquiry that prompted us to make a reservation.

I stayed for two nights as a solo traveller and was upgraded to apartment 4 wow and double wow. The apartment was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean with a view of the river. The staff was very helpful and the morning breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
