Very impressive. Excellent accommodations, service, amenities, position, and employees. Firm bed. Right around the corner from where our party was. We had drinks in the bar, which was large and spacious and a fantastic place to gather our family. The food appeared to be very good. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Will stay here again if I win the lottery!.

I highly recommend the new broadcroft for a special afternoon tea. Fourteen of us enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here today. Each bite was interesting and new, and the pastry was crisp and there weren't any soggy bottoms here. The hotel accommodated three of our group members with a variety of dietary requirements, and their meal was also delicious and well-presented. The staff were polite, efficient, and eager to please. The background music was muted, so we were able to converse without shouting.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone considering a holiday. There is a Christmas menu that is available. The food is tasteful, and taste good because it is very well prepared. And then the staff is nice and helpful. The bar menu is also nice.

Having a fantastic stay here, wish you all a happy Christmas. This lunch, which was on the holiday menu, was enjoyable. This place is fantastic all around and very worth the money. As usual, the service was excellent, and the french martinis were the best we've ever had! The French martinis had a lot of praise, it must be the best we've ever had!

The room was clean and tidy, the windows were on the floor and there were no elevators but my 87-year-old father did ok. The restaurant and bar are also huge and bright. The personnel is very pleasant, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
