Brocks guest house was in a beautiful location in The Circus area, just a short walk from centre of Bath. We had easy check in instructions and extra bonus of recommendations of where to go for food when eating out. Room was clean and comfortable with well needed tea coffee making facilities with added extras such as biscuits and hot chocolate. Room was spotless with toiletries provided snd bed was one of the comfiest I ever slept in. Thank you for a wonderful stay😃👍

The room was well furnished and clean. Getting access to keys was easy. The bed was comfortable and coffee making facilities were in the room. Wpuld definitely book here again. Fantatic location close to the Victoria Park, Royal Crecent and City Centre. The information file in the room is also useful to vistors to Bath. Lots of tourist tips as well as recomedations for places to eat.

Great location, only a short walk to a range of restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff were lovely, accommodation was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were lucky and got a park in the street out front however at times the street was quite busy so you might need to park a few streets away, the hotel provide a parking permit for the area. No lift (elevator) however that wasn’t an issue for us and something we have come across frequently in our travels. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent location to go shopping, sight seeing or visiting theatre. The guesthouse room was immaculate and had all the essentials to ensure the comfort of our stay. A friendly greeting on our arrival, would recommend to future visitors to Bath that are requiring somewhere to stay.

This property was beautiful. Though my room was in the basement, and the steps down were narrow, it was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the linens were great and especially the tub was perfect. A great place to unwind. I wish I stayed longer.

I loved this place! The free parking was the true gem of this hotel as it saved us around £25+ on alternative arrangements but there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. We had the basement room and it was stunningly clean, had lovely effective heating, a gorgeous bathroom, felt very secure and private, and had absolutely everything you'd need for a city trip in the centre of Bath. We made hot chocolates with the yummy free sachets provided and walked for 1 minute up to the Royal Crescent to watch the sunrise up over the city. The staff were lovely but the whole check in process was contact free so if you don't like talking to people you can do the full check in/out process without seeing anyone haha! We'll happily stay at Brocks Guest House again any time :)

Great central location, close to all that Bath has to offer. Room was well presented and had everything I needed for my stay. The guest house was adhering to COVID legislation and it worked very well. I had to search for car parking but luckily found a space very close to the guest house and used the parking permit provided. All in all a very good stay.
