Bunkers Barn, 2 bedroom Luxury stay with parking

This is a self check-in property . Check in is at 3.00 pm, however we are happy for you to check in at anytime after the standard time.

If keys are lost, a £50 charge will occur. If keys are locked in the property and not placed in the key safe upon check out (or if you locked yourself out) a £50 charge will occur.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team discover any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g. smoke smell, ashes or cigarette butts etc.) we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 smoking fee (dependant on damage) to allow for specialist cleaning services.

Both en-suite bathrooms have macerator toilet systems, under no circumstances should sanitary towels, kitchen towel, nappies or wipes be flushed down this. If blocked this will incur a £400 minimum charge to have this professionally rectified .

Additional guests are not permitted overnight.We do not allow parties, large gatherings or additional guests .

For health and safety precautions, guests under no circumstances are to use, ladder in living area. If this is used, we cannot accept liability for injuries sustained in the case of an accident.
