Cant thank The cappadocia guest house more for our stay, what a lovely place and friendly helpful staff. The food is amazing too, really enjoyed our snacks yesterday evening and breakfast was perfect and great portion sizes. Ideal location for central brighton.

10 Minutes walk from both the Train Station and the Sea. Great Coffee and pastry - might get woken up by the smell of fresh bakery in the morning. Charming !

The room was clean, and the staff very nice and thoughtful. It was valentine's day so they made the room extra special for our arrival. The room was available for us earlier than expected and they offered to look after our bags after we checked out so would definitely recommend. It was a little noisy outside but I can't blame them for that.

Very cute location, i would say the food scent is strong throughout and its not always ideal to be asleep and then woken up by strong food scent. Wasnt a huge issue for me, but just always ideal. Other than that I enjoyed

This was my first time in Brighton and I can’t believe it took me so long to visit this beautiful city. I went to support a friend for his first marathon. I stayed the weekend. This hotel is just beautiful and sits in the middle of the city. It is in perfect walking distance to everything. I was in need of nothing. Easily managed. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and polite. This hotel is only 5 or 6 rooms. It was very comfortable. The bed is nice and comfortable. Everything was so clean. I had water, coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. Water was replenished daily when asked. And the cafe below was just delightful. Delicious coffee and pastries and the desserts are worth taking extra for your journey home. Thank you Cappadocia Guest House for a lovely stay.

Friendly and amazing staff. I was able to check in early for a wedding I was attending. The location is great (very, VERY close to North Laine which is great for shopping and food/drinks). Room was clean, had air con and the bed was comfy!

The place had absolutely everything I needed and more. For the price i was expecting it to be a bit rough and ready but it was genuinely a really pleasant stay. The bed was really comfy with lush pillows, and the room had a really fancy light that was dimmable and also a fan! Tea, coffee, water, shampoo, hairdryer, robe, bedroom info, absolutely everything! I had a really great stay and 100% will be back!

Room was at the top of flight of 5 stairs but nice room everything nice clean tidy comfortable bed ceiling fan worked better than the aircon the most amazing staff the lady here was just so lovely friendly recommend higly
