The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and you have free access to the leisure facilities. The staff really make this hotel what it is and i will always stay here when i come to manchester. Thank you everyone!.

Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and i will definitely be returning. Lovely, spotless hotel. Ideal setting, town is only a 10minute walk away. There is a lot to do and see. We have never been to manchester, and the receptionist, shelly, was incredibly helpful! She gave us advice on the best places to visit and i really want to thank her (hope she sees this, as well as her kindness and friendliness!.

Im quite happy with my stay. The room was spacious, with luxurious beds that were appealing to me. Breakfast was satisfactory. Additionally, you have the option to indulge in activities such as a gym, sauna, and swimming pool, all of which are included in the accommodation fee. Additionally, the location is excellent.

I would definitely call again. Ive stayed in manchester quite a few times, and i can honestly say that, despite its simplicity, it has been the best stay ive ever had, including staying at the midland and the hotel. Another aspect is that safe parking for a small fee is a huge plus. Excellent value, excellent location, couldnt fault it booked a bed and breakfast and was pleasantly delighted. The rooms are spacious, equipped with tea and coffee, as well as an ironing board and ironing board. Breakfast was served buffetstyle, but it was adequate. The staff, especially the ones we encountered, were all very smart, friendly, and polite, which is a credit to the management. Would definitely call again.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. It was neat and clean. Deans gate and the crystal maze are both within walking distance. We swim every day in the pool, steam, and gym. Mamager at the hotel desk, bella, was really helpful when we checked in. Without a doubt, i would return here.

The rooms are spacious enough and clean. Drinks are very expensive, significantly more expensive than in the centre. The location is good, right by the canal. In good location for the opera house.

I will definitely be returning for another long weekend! The staff was also very friendly and had a good laugh! My partner and i stayed for 4 nights and had drinks with the reception and bar staff after a night out! Absolute class! Even sat outside with the head receptionist for a smoke and he brought us drinks too! The room was a good size and the bathroom was beautiful. Cant fault the pool, gym or saunas all a pleasant experience.

This place is truly exceptional, offering exceptional value for money and exceptional service. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The facilities offered are exceptional, including a gym, pool, and other amenities. The location is truly remarkable, providing easy access to the city center. It was also a delightful experience to hear about the exceptional support provided by the local community, and i am definitely looking forward to returning to this place in the future.

The staff was friendly, and the location is ideal for gmex and that side of town. Next to canal basin and has a large outdoor patio with benches and some umbrellas. The swimming pool gym is in a separate building and is a fitness center for nonhotel guests, but it was clean and wellequipped i enjoyed the steam room and sauna after a rainy manchester day. The only significant issue we had was that our room wasnt ready when we arrived at 3 pm i had to wait about an hour in the lobby. The rooms are fine for the price, but the place felt more like a basic hostel than a hotel. I wouldnt book for a visiting business guest in a suit, but i would definitely book again for myself.

Very clean room, tcmf, toiletries in the room, lots of towels, comfortable bed. Very secure car park ps 14 for 24 hours. The young man who checked us in and out was very friendly and helpful. The club and restaurant upstairs are excellent. The staff is consistently pleasant and welcoming. Ive been going there since 1979, when it was an old club before a new one, so its clearly a classy and highquality place.
