I spent a good night in a dorm with a lot of people. It felt secure, the staff was kind, the communal areas were clean, and the hotel was in the center. The nightclub nearby wasn't too loud, as I expect from a hostel in a costly city.

The location is very strategic, and the place is so clean, even for backpackers. They provide a USB charging port in all the beds and the light in the room. You can buy this converter but you can't rent it.

Overall, the sleeping situation is awful. We spent 4 nights at this hostel in a mixed 8 room. When I first arrived, the staff was pleasant and showed me around the hostel. They have a kitchen, eating area, terrace, to area, and shower toilets spread throughout the hostel. There is no cage to lock your belongings, so if you are worried, bring locks. They also have tiny small storage in the room, but none of them worked in my room. You cannot lock it, and instead it can be used as if it were a cabinet cupboard. Although the street is quiet during the day, three nightclubs are open everywhere around 10 am without fail every night. They become louder and can not quite fall asleep until dawn. I can normally sleep through a lot of noise, but this was too much, and I was kept up each night. Not only is the music, but also the noise from the hundreds of people who are going to the club or taking breaks outside it. If you want a good nights sleep, Id advise avoiding this hostel. Also, the pillows are rock hard and make you enjoy the nighttime street symphonics.

A good hostel for a reasonable price. Each bed has a light and USB port for charging. You can only buy a converter for the uk socket from reception but not renting. I visited here on my own. It's clean and ideal for backpackers.

The central hostel in Oxford is ideal. Many attractions are within walking distance of the downtown center. A block away, a lot of people park their vehicles outside, which is a bit pricey but very useful. The common areas are cozy, clean, and bright. Cost is reasonable. In the rooms, the wifi was excellent. The room had sufficient storage space and was not overly crowded for walking. The restrooms were spacious and kept clean. Each bed received lockers and lockable lockers for safe storage. The bunk has a light and charging outlets. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They do laundry for you for an additional fee. I didn't utilize the kitchen. Everything about this hostel was spotless, secure, convenient, and practical. I heartily suggest it.

I decided to stay in a hostel because I was leaving my phone charger behind and I contacted the hostel and they respond to me with speed, and they would provide it to me for free. The location is close to the center of town and this hostel is good value. I was also helped by the staff and the kitchen was fully equipped for the perfect cooking while you were there. There are many places to hang out and meet others. A great place to stay in Oxford.

This place is close to the city center. After leaving my phone charger behind I contacted the hostel and they replied very quickly and offered to give it to me for free. They also have a good restaurant with good cleanliness.

I didn't stay here before. When I stayed at this hostel, I can say that this is the best first experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly, the social nights were pleasant, and they are very knowledgeable about Oxford. I had a great experience and met a lot of nice people, and I'm hoping to meet them again. I have also recommended this hostel to other travellers who enjoy it. Thank you, Central Backpackers!
